Gola Sizzlers- Mall of Faridabad — Restaurant in Haryana

Visited 2 times and returned with the worst experience both the times and disappointment on face. On the very first time just 2 weeks ago i sat in the restaurant for over 25 minutes no one cared to take order or just ask for water and when we complaint about the same, the manager was not ready to listen. The second time today when i asked the person how many pieces in the chicken with bone he just casually told me 3 in half and 6 in full and when i ordered full just recieved 4 pieces and i said okay just leave it then the chicken was just like rubber it was extremely tough to break the piece. The food was so overpriced that 700 plus tax for 4 pieces of chicken seriously?. Not recommended at all to anybody reading this review. I recently visited Gola Sizzler, and it was a fantastic experience. The ambience was warm and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal.

We started with Mushroom Tikka, which was absolutely delicious—the paneer filling inside added a unique and delightful twist. For the main course, we had Beliram Chicken, which came with mutton gravy and chicken keema—it was decent but could have been better. However, the Paneer Lababdaar was exceptionally flavorful and truly stood out.

The service was outstanding—the staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and ensured a pleasant dining experience. Their hospitality made the meal even more enjoyable.

Mall of Faridabad This is my third visit to Gola Sizzler. Every time the staff and the manager clarifies that next time we will definitely improve. First Visit : The Bubble Tea had raw boba seeds. When complaint, no one reponsed. Second Visit: The Crispy Corn Sizzler (999) was served again with under cookers paneer pieces with corn flour powder coming in mouth. Third Visit That is Today ( now) We ordered Cottage Cheese Croquette Sizzler. The waiter hadn't able to explain the dish and took the order. There was no noodles/rice in sizzler.
