Complaint regarding staff behavior – Aarti
I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of one of your staff members named Aarti who takes the order. She approached my table and asked if she could use my phone for a minute. Trusting her, I handed it over, but she immediately opened the KFC Karnal Google page and started giving a 5-star rating from my account.
When I questioned her how she could rate the service even before we received our food — and that too from my personal device — she still tried to forcefully submit the rating. I found this completely unprofessional. When I stopped her and asked why she was doing that, she replied that she had already “asked me before” which was absolutely not the case, I have not given my phone for ratings and all.
I want to make it clear that rating a restaurant is a personal choice and no staff member should be rating on behalf of a customer without their clear consent. To start with, your staff was utterly unhygienic — the sardar ji attending customers was not even wearing a basic hair net while handling food. This is not just unprofessional but downright disgusting, especially in a food establishment.
Secondly, after taking my order, I was casually told that you accept only cash. What kind of joke is this? You have four card machines and none of them work? This clearly points to either complete mismanagement or intentional negligence. No signage, no prior intimation — just a pathetic excuse after wasting my time.
The attitude of your staff was careless, arrogant, and completely unbothered. It’s clear that customer experience, hygiene, and basic professionalism are not a priority for you.
I strongly urge you to take immediate corrective action. If this is the standard your brand maintains, then you’re inviting serious complaints and damage to your reputation.

What you gonna face if you choose to have it there in the outlet. So My experience was not good with the things from ordering to sit and have it there Because they are short in members they don't have adequate man power to handle both the counters professionally. They can't handle drive through and dining randomly. Out 3 counters oy one was working. After placing order they take another 20 min to handover my orders. And than the real pain start when I start searching for a table to sit and enjoy my order. But it's really sad to see that all the table were dirty left over was all around and there is no one to clean those table and we have to shift few things to sit and grab our lunch.
