Very Bad experience with one of the Employee Dear Sagar Ratna. With due respect I want to share my Today's experience with your branch in Karnal. Today I faced a rude and negative attitude of one of your employee. I don't know his name. But just want to share my experience with you. Today I ordered one item, but I didn't receive same that I had ordered. Then please pay attention of our communication from here

Me: Sir I didn't order this one. Employee: Sir, you ordered this I'm sure(politely speak)

Me: Sir If I want to eat specific thing then why I ordered another one. Employee : sir, here lot of people sit, and I served them same that they ordered.( With negative attitude)

Employee: you are wrong not I am( here he lossed all manners) Me: Sir if I want to eat dossa then why I will order Idli ( for example)

Employee: no you ordered this one( here he was trying to accuse me in front of other customers)

Me: please behave properly. And provide me my actual order.

Employee: nahi hai ( he speak this line when he left my table).

All other customers were looking my side like I did any wrong thing.

After some time he provided me my actual order.but the Presentation of item was not good. As my previous experience with Sagar Ratna.

So I had it. And decided to pay the bill for both items. But the cashier denied to accept payment of wrong order.

CASHIER: sir it's Ok no problem we will only charge for one that you eat.

But we request cashier to pay for both, then he accepted our payment.

Conclusion : Dear Sagar Ratna please teach your employees how to behave with customers. please teach them to management skills. You are not a single small shop, you are a large scale chain system. So please please hire a well passionate employees.

Great breakfast stop beyond Karnal if you're traveling from Delhi to Shimla as we often do. Spacious and airy with a large number of covers. At least 30, I'd say. Up a flight of stairs to a large hall and pick your table. Good quality "Tam-brahm" (Tamil-brahmin!) fare. Visit this place today, Location of place is perfect with nice view out side. As for food we order a regular dish Dosa which was really not up to mark. reason for 3 star is only taste of chatni(all three Sauce) We order for a hakka noodles aswell . They were better than traditional dish of Ratna. I was surprised to see just big carrot peace in my sambhar. After checking 3-4 time i just have it. Reason for write is an hair in my dosa, it was small,and cover in dosa, service was like (Ahsan kar deya app ne ) server clean plats from my table and put it just next to my table, even a family was eating next to it . As i show him hair, no respons by him or other staff. Atleast a sorry or any excuse plz.

Best part in restaurant was greeting by a Young boy who was standing on main entry door, when we were leaving .
