One of the worst restaurants I have ever visited. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely disappointing for several reasons. If negative ratings were possible, I would have given them.
Issues faced:
Unhygienic washrooms – The restrooms were in terrible condition, with water spilled everywhere and no signs of proper cleaning. Sitting on the commode was out of the question.
Rude staff – The behavior of the staff was shockingly unprofessional. I ordered food along with raita, which turned out to be stale. Instead of addressing my concern, the staff rudely dismissed it, saying, “Main kuch keh raha hun kya.”, as if they are giving everything free.
Overpriced food with poor quality – The prices charged are completely unjustified compared to the quality of food served.
It appears this restaurant survives mainly because buses are compelled to stop here, likely due to some arrangement with the operators. However, if bus companies continue forcing passengers into such poor experiences, they risk losing customer trust. A competitor offering cleaner stops, better food quality, and courteous service could easily win over this customer base.
In short: Poor hygiene, rude staff, and overpriced food make this place...
Read moreIf you value your health and quality food, DO NOT GO HERE. But if you like stale food and hair in your dishes, it's definitely the place to be. Here is my detailed review of why I say so: Tea - this "dhaba" fails to provide one of the most basic recipes of India. The chai we ordered was outright pathetic and lacked natural flavors. Chicken Biryani - WHO ADDS EGG TO CHICKEN BIRYANI? Keeping the major fact that the rice itself was stale, they added undercooked egg to the biryani which made the dish smell horrendous. Sandwich - excessive mayonnaise and hair strands, nothing else. AND THE WORST OF ALL, THE WAITER - Not knowing how to converse with their customers, the waiter even had the audacity to ask us why we would want to have mint chutney with chicken biryani when we asked why there wasn't any chutney provided with onion (basic onion, don't expect the vinegar soaked onions you're used to in restaurants). And above all, when we pointed out to him that there was a hair stand in our sandwich, he asked us if we didn't like it. WHO LIKES HAIR IN THEIR FOOD? Absolutely unsatisfied with...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I would. The place has an “AC hall,” but there was absolutely no cooling — not even 1%. I felt completely suffocated sitting there. What’s the point of calling it an AC hall if it doesn’t work? The food was very average. I’d rate it 2 out of 5. The waiters were literally demanding a tip without my consent. I’m the kind of person who usually tips ₹50–₹100 without even thinking twice, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. They returned my change in small coins hoping I’d leave it as a tip. When I didn’t, they came back and exchanged it with a big note — clearly trying to recycle the change for tips from other customers. When I asked them why I should even give a tip when the AC wasn’t working, they responded rudely saying it wasn’t their fault. Very unprofessional. They’re using some cheap detergent for hand wash and filling it in Dettol bottles to make it look branded. Honestly, this is just fooling people. If you can’t afford real Dettol, at least don’t fake it by using their bottles. That’s just shady. Lol 🤣
Overall: Never visiting...
