I had an incredibly unpleasant experience that was the worst I've ever had . when i called this place to place an order on April 22’ 2023, At 11.17 PM a cavalier lady took the phone and was extremely rude and unhelpful. I can understand that they were closed to take order but there’s a way to talk to your customers, rudely asking me what i want to order and after that denying and upfront telling me to place an order at zomato or swiggy. She was rude and hateful. I am their regular customer and regularly visit their cafe. i love their food that’s why i called to place an order but after this i’ll never ever visit or recommend this place to anyone. This is not the experience anyone will expect from “New York Pastry Chef Pragya Arora”.

As you’re a “New York Pastry Chef” let me tell you I’ve been to several cafe’s , food trucks and restaurants in United States be it zingarman’s cheese , hi life, smoke eaters , ed debevicks, waffels and dinges, rogue creamery ,lucky’s sandwich. I love food and i’ve been to places which people never heard of and met alot of chef’s when you talk to them they treat you with smile and talk with a big heart but trust me the way you’re treating your customers is awful that’s not how a “New York Pastry Chef” runs a cafe. If you ever call a desi cafe they will talk much better than you guys. That’s not how you survive long in a business you should learn treating your customer’s better first.

Power Up Your Day—Spacious Seating & Charging Perks, but Needs Better Climate Control.

On a scorching May afternoon in 2025, I ducked into Maitre Patissier at Omaxe World Street for a respite from the heat. The spacious marble tables and chic teal-and-gold décor immediately catch your eye, and the fact that all food and drinks arrive on real ceramic plates and cups gives it a more refined feel than many café spots.

A courteous team member showed me to a roomy table outfitted with power outlets, charging cables, and even complimentary earphones—perfect if you need to plug in and get some work done or simply unwind. The generous spacing between tables means you won’t feel cramped, whether you’re catching up with a friend or setting up your laptop.

I sampled the cappuccino, a slice of banana brownie, and the pita bread with hummus. Service was prompt, and while each item was pleasant—smooth cappuccino, moist brownie, crisp pita with flavorful hummus—none had that extra flair to make them truly memorable.

Cleanliness was solid: floors swept, tables wiped. The only real drawback was the indoor temperature. Despite the stylish interior, the air conditioning struggled to keep pace with the May heat, making it hard to linger as long as I’d have liked.

On my recent visit to Omaxe world street I landed to this beautiful bakery and cafe Maitrre Patisserie. The ambience and music is top notch. Ample and comfortable sittings. The host is really kind. Staff and services were upto the mark. The best thing about this place was they ensured the food is prepared and served keeping Covid guidelines in mind. All the dishes were visually appealing as well as tasted beyond crazy. Would highly recommend to try their desserts for sure. We tried the following items: Beverages: We had Tropical Mango Iced Tea, jamun Kaala Khatta Slush, Mango ‘n’ Cha Smoothie, Very Berry Smoothie and Nutella Hazelnut Cake Shake. My favourite being the shake as it was right kind of sweet and thick. Out of smoothies my favourite was Kaala khatta slush. Mains: We had Bao ji, Tomato Pesto focaccia, New York grilled cheese sandwich, smoked paneer and veggies loaded pizza. Pizza was baked to perfection with amazing taste. Cheese sandwich was super cheesy. My favourite of all will be Bao ji served with delicious dip. Highly recommended. Dessert: We had Nutella Cheesecake and blueberry Cheesecake. Amazing taste sweet and sour and the freshness could be felt easily.
