Beautiful Restaurant in Hisar. One of the place in this small city, where you can have great feeling about dining. The atmosphere is wonderful. Location is also reachable from most of the places easily. Different dining area and you can have Different moods, if you desire so. Food option are many, if you are pure vegetarian. Soory for non vegetarian and also don't expect any hard drink in this place. Popular for family get together. Ample of parking place. Accessible for all ages and wheelchair Accessible also as it is having ramp and lift facility. The snacks, soups and breads options are great and tasty. The presentation presentation of Food is also good. The quantity of vegetables and dishes is sufficient. Only thing, I noticed thar paneer dishes and Kajoo cury is little heavier. I have enjoyed many dishes, in snacks paneer tikka is very good, in soup you can enjoy tomato soup. In bread section, I will recommend methi parantha and latchha parantha. Sweets are little Costlier. You can avoid them and enjoy them in other places like icream shop or sweet shops. They have also there backery shop. It is also good but options are limited.overall, I will give five stars for atmosphere and service but four stars for Food, cut one star because find paneer dishes little bit heavier. Overall five stars for complete package. Please not that they have vast experience of running top class restaurant in Hisar. Earlier also they were running the Midtown restaurant and backers in the heart of city and it was number 1 for many years, now that part is closed and converted in to shopping complex and the group has came with this big area restaurant, backers, hotel and garden area for marriage options. First a bit of history: This is one of the handful of the best vegetarian restaurants in Hisar. This was earlier just Midtown Restaurant near Matka Chowk of which just Baker's Basket remains in the old Midtown Complex. This took a few years to re-open in an entirely new look and place. Just to give you a sense of how old this name is in Hisar, my 1st birthday was celebrated in the then-new Midtown Restaurant (1996). So yeah, this might sound like an advertisement but really it's not.

So back to real review: The food is amazing, especially North Indian cuisine and the iconic Chinese style Sizzler. Starters are the best here of any other restaurant in the city and even the ambience is very modern as this re-launched as Mustard quite recently. But the food is still top level that you can get in Hisar. Their Pizza is also quite good in my opinion, better than Dominos. Main Course is one of THE BEST in Hisar. Only Soul Kitchen and Lazeez are any real competition here. There's live music.....sometimes. there's no fixed schedule of singers so there's that. They even have a projector so if there's something big like ICC WC and FIFA WC recently then expect them to have it on though keep in mind this is a family restaurant and not a pub/bar so don't expect an explosive or loud crowd in the days of such events, it's just an added bonus on top of the top-tier food.

Fun fact you might not know: They have made some kind of a chaat area outside the main restaurant which is currently not open and the sitting area is being used as waiting area(yes, you might have to wait on weekends for a table). I am excited to see what they bring to the city in that area of...
