Subject: Complaint regarding unhygienic food and rude behavior of staff Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this to bring to your notice the repeated unpleasant experiences I have faced at your outlet (Saini Sweets, Hisar, opposite Civil Hospital). Despite visiting three times, I have experienced issues every single time: On my first visit, I purchased “Khush Sweets” and a “Waka Sandwich”. To my shock, the sandwich contained mosquitoes and insects. When I reported this to your manager, the matter was completely denied and ignored. ⁠On my second visit, I purchased “Chappan Bhog”. I was made to wait unnecessarily, and the service was unsatisfactory. ⁠On my third visit, I purchased “Raj Bahu Kachori” which was already pre-prepared with sweet dal inside. This was meant for a sugar patient. When I raised this issue, instead of helping me, the staff behaved rudely and forced me to accept the product, refusing to replace it. Even the manager behaved very inappropriately. Such unhygienic practices and rude customer handling are extremely disappointing, especially from a reputed brand like Saini Sweets. This not only damages customer trust but also affects your brand’s goodwill. Therefore, I request: . Immediate corrective action against the staff involved. .
