Nirula's Charmwood closed — Restaurant in Haryana

Have visited twice within two weeks and both the time very poor experience. everytime me and my wife tried to order something the staff kept on insisting to order the things which were expensive. second day i ordered the fruit sundae, I was excited to see the picture of it which they have in their restaurant, full of fruits, the sundae which I received was completely different, and the disaster is yet to come the only fruit it had was pineapple and hell it was burning on my tongue, it was stale and on the verge of decay. The guy who made it, kept on insisting its only sour but in good state, another staff came opened a new bottle of pinneapple and it tasted fine, they replaced it, but I shall never visit again. Helpful staff and management. The location is small but has a set of tables for a meal with takeout option (they did a good job packing for takeout). Place is good for sweets and all types of food. Quality of sweets of awesome with variety of each state of India. Also namkeen packs are so good . Gift hammers of sweets and namkin are so good and nicely packed . Food quality at basement restaurant

Due to short term staff issues they only offer a specific menu - full Ice creams menu, Pizza, Burgers but NO Indian food menu.
