Pizza Live — Restaurant in Haryana

This place does not serve quality food. I ordered a pizza that was stale, undercooked, and had minimal toppings.

I raised a complaint through Zomato and received only a partial refund—around 20% of the pizza’s cost—which was quite disappointing.

I live just two minutes away from this outlet. As a regular customer, I attempted to provide feedback directly to the salesperson. Unfortunately, it seems the brand’s local reputation has led to complacency, and they no longer value customer input.

My suggestion to the owner: either serve good quality food or take customer feedback seriously.

Also, please train your staff on how to handle complaints respectfully. People don’t spend money to receive substandard food. Truly...

Some of the pizzas are very good. Like Malai Paneer, onion capsicum.This is a branch of pizza live NIT 5 but some how rates here are more then that in NIT 5. For example veg. sandwiches here costs 20 ₹ in comparison to 15₹ in NIT 5. There is also no seating arrangement which creates a problem in summers when hot wind blows and ruins your experience. I think it would be better if starts home delivery service. Like the one in NIT 5...

i understand they have variety of pizza but they should upcome with more detailing in flavours and quality.
