today i visited for first time , and experience was shocking.

i saw their menu pamphlet which describes cheese garlic bread rs. 80 and with pic of same bread as you can have in dominos or pizzahut. after waiting of 10 min order came and it was very shocking that they served me 2 bread (flour breads) piece with cheese on top and over baked breads from bottom. to this i asked shop owner that " bhaiya aapne glt order de diya ....he checked and said yhi order kiya hai apne.." i again asked him - bhaiaya is this so called garlic bread of your shop ? he again confirmed yes.

i mean the owner said with plenty of attitude -bhaiaya humare toh yaha yhi garlic bread hai. he didn't for second even said - no issues bhaiaya we can replace or re-cook as u say....

guys- dont have garlic breads of this shop if u true lover of cheese garlic breads with or w/o dips.

owner - pls remove pics of original garlic breads and show some genuine pics on your menu pamphlet.

rest burgers are good but in garlic bread you guys are fake !!!

Star Crust sells pizzas, burgers, pastas and cold drinks on middle class budget range. When they started their shop, they used to do good quality ingredients at great prices with finger licking taste and I visited vtjem quite frequently. To be honest, of late I have been going less frequently to this place as I feel that their quality has gradually gone down over years.

I have personally given them feedback about their quality whenever I found things should really improve. I don't know whether it is their cooking staff who doesn't want things to improve or the owners, but they don't seem to listen to feedbacks.

Their Afghani pizza is still the grace saver I assume along...

Good place with competitive prices. Some food items are good in taste still but some are average. With time and inflation like every QSR, quick service restaurants (fast food specially) have degraded the food quality like for example recently I ordered from Zomato, their overload burger in which lettuce was just for name sake & same for mushrooms in mix sauce pasta as compared to earlier quality Super veggie pizza (large size) but as compared to sizes of Domino's it's medium size pizza not large.

Speaking of atmosphere, both sitting and standing tables are not sometimes clean. Dustbin there is full and litter is hanging out and present here & there near it I mean not...
