I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rasoi Stories, and it was an experience I won’t forget anytime soon. From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and friendly service made me feel right at home.
The real stars of the meal were their unique vegan offerings. I tried the Vegan Shrimps, and I have to say, they were an absolute revelation! The texture was spot-on, mimicking traditional shrimp, with a perfect balance of seasonings that made each bite flavorful and satisfying. The dish was beautifully presented, and the freshness of the ingredients truly shone through.
For dessert, I couldn’t resist trying their Rasmalai Tres Leches Cake, a fusion twist on two classic desserts. The cake was incredibly moist, soaked in just the right amount of sweet milk. The richness of the rasmalai flavor combined with the delicate, spongy cake created an indulgent yet refreshing end to the meal. The balance of flavors was superb, and the creamy texture was pure heaven.

Ordered a bunch of items like the Lotus Stem, Beetroot Orange salad, Avocado Papri Chat, Burmese Spring Rolls and Yasai Tempura Sushi and for dessert- Ras Malai Tres Leches! And all the flavours of Kombucha! The food and drinks did not disappoint. They even gave us complimentary hummus appetisers and a sweet paan at the end for a mouth freshener/digestive. Surprised to find a fine dining fusion food experience in Faridabad!
The chef was extremely courteous and came to greet us afterwards. She was open to feedback and you can tell she is passionate about what she does. Highly recommended for any vegetarians looking for a great culinary experience in a 100% veg restaurant.
