ROYAL LIVE BAKERY — Restaurant in Haryana

We ordered half birthday cake for our daughter.. and the response from their staff was not friendly at all...Even after giving proper pic of sample cake, they did not meet our expectations and when told their staff was rude with us. Also they were not sharing the correct information of what they are available with and what they can make, so that customer can make decision before placing the order. They only say yes we will make it but later they tell the customer that we didn't have this thing and that. Worst experience with Royal live bakery. They should work on customer...

Dear Royal Bakery Team, I visited yesterday at 11.30 PM and ordered a mix veg, dal makhani and tandoori roti, while ordering all these I was scared about the quality believe me, but when the great food came in front of me my expression changed and when I eat that, then I feel the Royal food😊🙏🏻, Dear RB Team, really I don't have the right words for yours efforts and love for the your clients health, but last me itna kahta hu God bless you all🙏🏻 ek branch sector 14 me bhi khol lo pls....🙏🏻 God...

It was a nice place. Self-service place. Neat and clean area, it was good. Around 50 person can sit there. All the items are displayed, (nice thing, i personally like that ) you can see what you ordered. No menu card (not a big deal). Staff need to be more professional. They sit in a corner behind the counter. Rates are written per piece, a little bit high than the other places. Food quality was good.Toilet room also available. All 3 stars are for good food.
