I have been a regular customer since March 2024, but recently the food quality has become noticeably poor. This is the third incident I have faced.

Once the soup tasted like tomato ketchup mixed in hot water.

*second time it was with dahi bhalla and bharva golgappa, taste was very poor. no standard recipe.

This time, the mix vegetable dish was extremely salty, and the lachha paratha was undercooked. Because of the sabji’s taste, even the roti and paratha got wasted. After requesting a change, the replacement sabji was served along with cold chapatis.

This is very disappointing, especially given my long association with your restaurant. I request you to please look into the food preparation quality and ensure proper standards...
