Silbuttah - Modern Indian Kitchen & Bar — Restaurant in Haryana

It was high time that I add this location to my list. Our last Sunday's visit was spectacular in terms of both the cuisine and service. The location is magnificent and offers ample space. The food causes one to taste one's fingers. We sampled paneer lababdar and Dal Makhani (specialties of silbuttah and named as Silbuttah Dal). The taste and service were both exceptional and swift. The best part was that the manager inquired whether or not we desired a service charge prior to delivering the bill, which is extremely uncommon in the current industry. Due to the interior's need for renovation, one star is being deducted. An ideal location for family. I also noticed some vacant open space that was unoccupied because of the frigid weather but could be utilised during pleasant weather. Visit this location for delectable food and quality family time. Beverages are available for those who enjoy alcoholic beverages, although I abstain from consuming them. I will taste non-vegetarian food here...

Steep decline in experience I had with Silbuttah no match between price and experience. On 9th I took my family for dinner ohh! from the beginning only there had been bad experiences. We were a group of 6 people and a child of 2 years. I asked the attendant to help me with 8 seater due to kid and to my utter surprise, he ignored in the first place. Upon re-asking he offered 8 seater. Ordered French fries which took almost 45 min and was offered when we were having main course. Chef was absolutely unaware of baharkhani, but at-least he tried to prepare one. Food was well below average and some were good. Highly not recommended to have any mutton dish. Waiters seems to have done mercy by serving food to us. Upon checking with manager, I realised the manager is not good and hence is the staff. Not at all a decent restaurant I would recommend if you have a kid never take them here, neither is the staff respectful have zero EQ. We took our 4 year old kid there, we ordered food and everything, it was noisy, the kid got cranky and said she wants pizza, we asked them if they have it in their restaurant, then defeated ordered through the domino’s next door just for the kid, before they were not bothered what we are getting are we served or not the moment they saw the box, the manager came and started an argument that it’s not allowed, we requested that the kid is crying but he got rude and said I won’t allow it even if it’s for kid even if they cant serve what the kid needs we got up mid meal paid the bill and he didn’t even bother being a lil considerate, i was with my family we had senior citizens along we had to leave abd ruined our evening!!!
