A New Chapter of Molecular Gastronomy and Mixology have opened it's door to Faridabad as Chapter Twelve. Located in the most happening locality of Faridabad, this Microbrewery is decking up to enliven the neighborhood with dining and delight. Situated right in the middle of commercial ozone center, in sector 12, near Town Park, this Restro and Microbrewery standalone with pride to serve Faridabadians a distinct and elite dining experience. The place has an Elite plethora, Groovy atmosphere, and looks Sensational. Loved the Rustic Interiors and decor with the sight of Microbrewery in-house ready to serve their guest with Mixology drinks and delectable gastronomy with ambrosial platters to uplift a dining experience. We tried their Cucumber Mint Cooler, Kiwi Slider, Virgin Mojito and Summer Cooler. All drinks were gorgeous and refreshing. SUMMER COOLER was my favorite amongst all and was muddled concussion of Cranberry, Orange, Lime, mint and dehydrated orange slices. A MUST TRY and Recommended ✌️. We were there for casual dining, so opted to binge cravings with their Chef Recommended platters and appetizers. We started with: Hara Bhara Chapter: Small bite sized kebabs made up of spinach, green peas, raisins and served over saffron bread. They were mouth melt-in and delicious. Gaggans eddible coal A signature dish of Chef Gaggan highlighting molecular gastronomy on edible coal potato mash served with crispy bites. A MUST TRY here. Whiskey chicken wings This dish is DISH OF THE DAY for me. Never tasted such luscious Smoked chicken wings tossed in glazy, sticky and delicious whiskey barbeque sauce. I couldn't stop at 1-2 and could have finished the entire platter by my own. Super yum they were and served along a cooling beautiful potato salad served as a cube was Cherry on the top. Loved the combination of the intense whiskey flavor going with the subtle potato salad. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Spicy chicken teriyaki Dimsums Shredded juicy Chicken with coriander in a red bell pepper dough was delicious. Paired with green chili, soy Chilli, and teriyaki sauce, these Dimsums were beautiful. With not much appetite left after so many starters, we decided to try some unconventional Main course. Mexican Roasted Chicken I have never witnessed A Live Mexican Grilled Chicken platter Laid LIVE on your dining table and Chapter Twelve took it to the EDGE. A MUST MUST TRY DISH here and it will surely win your heart and tummy too. A subtle layover of Whole Tender Baby Mexican Grilled chicken with Chicken sausage, Pesto mash, roasted veggies and assorted condiments. Not only it was A pleasure to witness, but it was a worth watching it and savor the Delight. Juicy chicken in Mexican flavours complimented well with sides and condiments served along. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Stir fry Udon noodles Simple, colorful and healthy dish that is Deconstructed version of Traditional Udon noodles. Served in a Deep Dish Bowl, it had Blanched Noodles with Beautiful veggies on top and broth alongside that oozes Flavors. Loved the simplicity yet Deliciousness overloaded in this one. A MUST TRY DISH. Kheer and Sandesh Creme Brulee Another live dish served in Earthen pot with a creamy saffron Kheer that is topped with powdered sugar and brulee with Torch Gun live for that smokiness taste. A Malpua with creamy Sandesh was rolled and topped with edible flowers. This desert was so beautiful to look at that it was difficult to finish it over, but it would have been Sinful to let it go. Another HIGHLY RECOMMENDED dish here. Salted caramel baked cheesecake I love cheesecake and no matter how full I might be, I always have space for Freshly In-house baked Philadelphia cheesecake with salted caramel and syrup berries on the side. The salted caramel balanced the sweetness of berries and Philadelphia Cream cheese was a Bliss. We enjoyed to the core as it was A lavish luncheon and complete value for money and definitely much more for hospitality. Looking forward to come back for more.

I went here for an event last weekend which had ‘Sukh-E performing live’. The cover charge was 3000. They had a special menu featuring their best dishes (as confirmed by one of their servers) with elevated prices. Sadly, I dint have a variety of food and drinks to pick from and what was served was a total disappointment considering it to be one of their bests. I ordered the following: Farmers pizza: It had a thin crust base with poor quality cheese on it. I wouldn’t have been able to eat it had their been no seasoning, The savior! Also, the crust wasn’t crispy. Rate: 2/5 Price: It was somewhere around 550 (don’t remember exactly but as I said it was elevated) Fish and chips: Now this is one thing which is everyone’s favorite and I feel no one can mess this simple dish up but they did it. The coating was thick and undercooked (sigh! 😪). The dip served with it was good, though. Rate: 2/5 Price: Somewhere around 600+ In drinks I ordered my fav, LIIT and usually I don’t post a review on drinks but this one had an unusual taste it. There was something amiss about it, could be a missing liquid ingredient. Can’t say what exactly but I dint like the taste of it either. Rate: 3/5 Price: 750 Coming to the most displeasing part, They had no desserts in their special menu (Say WHAAAAAATTT?!) Yes, I had to go somewhere else after party for desserts. Not sure if I was happy about it because what if their special dessert was like their special food 🤷🏼♀️ I Basically had wretched food which was not cheap! Our total bill turned out to be 4300 (incl of taxes) Ambience: The place looks pretty and they have a good amount of space with nice decor. The atmosphere, looked accommodating and inviting. One of their attendees made us sit downstairs but the other one came minutes later to tell that the table we were sitting on was already occupied. Guess they themselves dint know whom they were making sit where. Also, when I went to use the loo there was a queue which had 3 girls ahead of me using only one restroom because the other was occupied by their house keeping staff who clarified to one of the bouncers later that he was cleaning it without any prior notice. I went to a bouncer asking for help because I was petrified that someone might be laying unconscious from so long in there because he dint say a word despite me knocking on the door several times. Rate: 3/5 (only because of the decor otherwise their services are 👎🏻) I’m sure the event turned out to be a big success because I had much fun dancing to the beats of Sukh-E but I’m extremely disenchanted by this place and the services it has to offer. I recommend this to nobody.

Would call it Super se bhi upar experience at Chapter Twelve Faridabad.......it’s always happened with me when ever I visit this place the eye catchy ambiance and the vibes of this place just filled me with the Positivity....... This time also had a wonderful time being there.....thanks to the whole team and a very special Thanks to Dhruvv for an excellent experience....... Now I would like to describe my experience in depth.....here we go: *Gaggan’s Edible Coal which is basically Chef Gaggan’s innovation on edible coal given CHAPTER version and the taste was awesome...... *Potted Puchka, baby puff with chilli corn and sprouts served with chutney Paani........😋 *Hara Bhara Chapter, that is spinach and green peas smoked patty infused with raisins and nuts served over saffron bread...... *Two Way Soya Chaap that is Tandoori stuffed soya Chaap cooked in two flavours and I just loved the flavour......😍 *Chapter way Paneer Tikka which is made up with Chingari, tulsi, achari tikka that is three different kind of taste in one platter....... *Mediterranean Quinoa Salad, Full on protein salad mix with Mediterranean veggies and quinoa tossed in lemon and herb dressing........ ‘Chapter 12’ , a fancy bar setting with a momentous terrace with a live music. The entrance to place itself sets a mood for partying. With a menu bringing together the best of club culture with delights like: . Banjara tangdhi kabab : Kababs were very juicy and little spicy with indian flavours. . Hummus and Pita: Mediterranean tahini hummus with pita bread. Their specialty is they made base of the pita bread of their own. Taste of the combination could be more better . Crispy honey chilli potato: chilli potato were tossed in honey chilli sauce which was quite good in taste. . Thai spring roll: There speciality spring roll are served with home made dip with a promise thai flavour. They were actually very crispy. . Non veg platter- If you are a non veg lover than you must try this platter. This platter is enough for approx 3-4 people in which they offer -kebab fish tikka, chicken tikka, tangdhi kebab and lamb seekh kebab served with chutney and masala onions. . Murg reshmi masala- This dish tastes like homemade chicken. You’ll not feel very much buttery and heavy while having this. . Dal Makhni- Specially for the north indian lover - you must try there daal makhni which was soo good in taste as it offers with a right amount of spices and makhan with lacha parantha or butter naan. .

I would want to complaint against Niyaz Ahmad, So called GM who has no etiquette to talk to the customers.. I just returned from the Chapter 12 after having very bad experience. The matter is about the services and behaviour of Niyaz Ahmad. Inspite to accept the mistakes he was shouting on us. I went with my family. Mom, wife & 2 small daughters. Finally, I left the table without having our dinner. Besides, Gaurav and Sarthak the other Managers were cooperating and apologies on behalf of Niyaz however he didn't accept his mistake after shouting and said you are not a God Don't come to our Hotel. My sincere request to team to provide me MD number and convey my message to him that please take an action against him. I would not recommend anyone to go the Hotel. That was my first and last visit at thid place. I always go to Tama and Folks. All the staff are very cooperative & gives good services to the customer. POOR AND PATHETIC SERVICE BY THE STAFF SPECIALLY WAITERS AND NIYAZ AHMAD. MD JI & OZONE GROUP PLEASE TAKE AN ACTION AGAINST THEM.

The location is ideal for an exciting party spot. Elegant and modern furnishings create a warm and cosy atmosphere that is perfect for get-togethers with friends. Though it is bit loud. Whether you'd rather be seated nearer to the dance floor or in a cosy corner on top, there are options to suit all tastes. On weekends, there's live music as well. The amazing selection of beverages and cocktails was the high point of my encounter. These mixologists are incredibly skilled; they create some interesting and tasty concoctions that will delight your palate. The wide menu offers options for every taste preference, including classics and daring dishes. In addition to the beverages, the food is also noteworthy. From mouth-watering bar snacks to decadent main courses, the menu offers a wide variety of delectable options. The food was excellent and beautifully presented, and it was a perfect match for the entire experience. Niyaz has always been a superb host to us 👍
