They are charging hell lot extra. Despite of charging Service Charges as optional, they will charge it mandatory @ 5%. If you plan to buy juice or cold drink, get ready to pay extra GST even when they are serving you Tropicana and Coca Cola brands, a 100ML juice will cost you 100 bucks + taxes. 150 ML cold drink will cost you 50 bucks + taxes. When enquired about the situation, the manager Mr. Sanjeev Anand bluntly said that I have all rights to sell items worth 10 bucks in 100 bucks. I have video recordings and photographs of what all manager said while enquiring about the extra charges. When asked for written statement of what all he said, he denied that it could be used for legal purposes. However, everything is in video recording and can be shared if required.

This is a restaurant on the ground floor of SRS Mall, Sector 12.The ambience of the place is quite eye pleasing.The quality and quantity of food served here is good.The food is tasty.There is a bar as well.The behaviour of the staff working here is also good.The charges of this restaurant are on the higher side.The restaurant accepts reservations.The place accepts cards for payments.The washroom available here is not upto the mark , needs improvement.There is enough parking space in the parking lot...

The most poor and unhygienic place I have ever visited in my whole life. Cockroaches and house fly are running on the table and even found in food. It is most unhygienic place to eat, even road side dabhas are more better place to have food.
