The Oleve Bistro — Restaurant in Haryana

Visited Olive Bistro today and was thoroughly disappointed. Ordered Alfredo pasta and requested a side of pesto — something that’s easily accommodated at most places — but was bluntly told it’s “not possible” unless we pay extra for it as a dip.

That was just the beginning. The coffee we ordered was hands down one of the worst we’ve ever had — watery, bitter, and just plain bad. When we politely asked for it to be taken away, the staff insisted it would still be charged because “once it’s ordered, it’s on the bill, whether you like it or not.” Seriously?

To top it off, the service was rude and indifferent. The waitstaff made no effort to make us feel welcome or heard. For the premium pricing they charge, the experience felt like a complete rip-off. Definitely not going back, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for decent food or...

I have visited the Bistro in Rohtak a couple of times now, and it is the only popular place I know in the city that serves amazing Italian, Mexican, and Thai cuisines. Their pizzas are simply mouthwatering and bursting with flavors. The chicken steamed dumplings are finger-licking good and highly recommended as well. The staff at the Bistro have been consistently polite, understanding, and provide prompt service. The place has a decent, calming ambiance that I find quite pleasant. One of the best things about the Bistro is the pocket-friendly food prices. This makes it an accessible and appealing option, especially when dining out with friends and family. Visited The Oleve Bistro and tried the Veg Pasta Alfredo and Manchow Soup.

The Veg Pasta Alfredo had a creamy base, but unfortunately, the white sauce wasn’t well-cooked, which affected the flavor and texture.

The Manchow Soup was hearty but too thick for a soup; the consistency could be improved, and finer vegetable chopping would elevate the experience.

Service was decent, though nothing particularly noteworthy. The atmosphere was pleasant, offering a relaxed vibe, but overall, it felt like the place could use a bit more attention to detail.
