Themis Greek House, Murthal — Restaurant in Haryana

I Visited Themis Greek House in Murthal over the weekend and honestly, it was such a refreshing experience! It's not your usual highway dhaba, the whole place is designed like a mini Santorini. The blue and white building, cobbled paths, and cozy seating areas made it feel like a Greek vacation spot right on NH-44.

We tried quite a few things from the menu and everything tasted genuinely good. We started with the veg quesadilla, which was cheesy and loaded with flavor. Then moved on to the Mile High Club Sandwich, fresh, well-layered, and quite filling. The Paneer Tikka Burger had a nice smoky flavor and the patty was perfectly done.

For something lighter, we ordered the Paneer, Onion & Spinach Dimsums, and they were delicate and delicious. To sip on, the Blue Sparkle mocktail was refreshing and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet like most places. We ended the meal with Death by Chocolate for dessert, rich, gooey, and perfect for chocolate lovers. The bill came to around ₹2,000, which I felt was totally fair for the quantity, quality, and the whole vibe of the place. They also have a separate in house BYOB section (a cool and rare concept in Murthal), and there were outlets of big brands inside too, which adds to the whole feel of a modern food court mixed with a fine-dine setup.

It’s been a time since I have written a review for some place. Let’s start with the ambience of this place which is great and extraordinary with Greek theme.

Hygiene was maintained and the place is well cleaned and service is good. People are genuinely nice and respectful.

Food tastes normal and was neutral in context of various options that these people can serve. Varieties of drinks and shakes are available. Now, many will feel why I have rated them 3 star so here is the story. Soft drinks are here sold at much higher price which would be more or can say triple of the actual price as MRP.

As per the law they are allowed to sell there drinks at any cost yes but we are also taxpayers and we are paying tax even on mrp and also paying service tax to you and tax above that. I do know it takes a great deal to make such a nice place but these are made so that people can sit and eat. Deciding any price in restaurants is on the owner but do consider people who wish to have a lovely time with family and see double the price of MRP of soft drinks which is not right.
