Xero Degrees — Restaurant in Haryana

Today me and my friends went to this place. Ordered penne pasta, garlic bread, coffee and few more items. My friend served the pasta to my daughter and to my horror my daughter showed me a long strand of hair rolled in the pasta covered with white sauce. It was a yuck moment... I called the guy and showed the hair and he says ma'am put the strand in the plate itself. And brought another plate of pasta within 2-3 minutes. But didn't had that zeal to have it. There are people who become short tempered, obviously not because they like but it's quite irritating to see such things in your plate which you're awaiting to have. But when I asked the waiter / executive calmly to waive off the pasta amount. He simply denied "mam apko humne dusra plate dia na". I said , how do we even no whether it was the same plate you brought back. The man said mam if you had said this before I would have showed it to you, that this is newly made. I was like how's that possible within 2 min pasta was made. It was clear due to lot of customer rush they don't care for one or two customers. I wish I could have taken the picture. At last we had to pay the pasta bill as well. See, here it's not how to get the amount being waived off. It's about you how you care for customers. If compared to Delhi or Noida if such things would had happened they do give you some complimentary things. Small things make the customers do happy. Anyways for me xero is zero.... Will never...

Xero Degrees was recently launched in Faridabad and it is a brilliant addition to the city's cafe culture! Everything is thought through - from launch marketing to a dedicated person managing people to food to the industrial decor.

What makes it a popular hangout choice is the variety, ambience, and affordable prices! I loved the food - options, size, quantity, serve, and pricing. Staff was very courteous and the environment was just so spirited!

What I ordered: Pizza (All veggies loaded) 5/5 Baked Alfredo Pasta - 4/5 (It tasted great but some may find it low mild when it comes to taste) Peri Peri fries - 5/5 (Famous offering lives up to its popularity and more!) Oreo Shake - 4/5

There was a 5-minute waiting, as it was packed on a Saturday eve, so plan ahead!
