CELEBRATIONS CAFE' — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

Well i went to the celebrations cafe shimla today with my sister, we ordered some food and asked them to pack it up no doubt the food was great, the one star is just for the food, but something went wrong at the cafe, wefor some sheesha smoking , we asked them to put it on the table top to be safe but the kept it on the flooring(artificial grass flooring) while we were enjoying our view with some sheesha smoking all of sudden chillum dropped down as it was not fixed up properly on it, which burned down the flooring, was not because of our fault, at the end we are charged with the damage and refilling it was not done. Zero costumer dealing tackle tho the owner was polite but as a customer it was not worth it. I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. The taste of the food was far below expectations, especially the dal, which was clearly not fresh and was honestly the worst I’ve had during my trip.

Additionally, the packaging was a serious concern. Hot food was delivered in low-quality plastic containers, which not only spilled and created a mess but also poses a potential health risk. Using such materials for hot food is unsafe and unacceptable—it’s time to go green and adopt safer, eco-friendly alternatives.

Overall, significant improvement is needed in both food quality and packaging standards. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and works on delivering a better and safer...

Lovely place!!!! Ordered burgers, Frankie's and pizzas. They serve delicious thin crust hand made pizzas with their own fresh sauce and real mozzarella cheese. This is something rare to find in Shimla as almost all use readymade pizza bases and sauces to top it. And the best part is the unmatched hospitality staff offers with great food, service and ambience. They have the best outdoor seating with great view of the view. Awesome!!!! Keep up...
