New Hill Star Restaurant Harabag — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

We ordered Jeera Rice, Dal Makhani, Butter Nan & plain roti. The makhani was outstanding! So was the roti (which where the side of a nun btw). The amount for jeera rice was a little more for one person but not quite enough for two! The makhani was good for 2 people.

The staff was good and the service was quick. They also have ice cream and colddrink in stock.

The ambience is just like a dhaba with clean & fresh environment. Will definitely visit this place whenever I go to Manali next time!

We also had 2 vanilla ice creams for 10/- each - it wasn't overpriced (as per others).

NOTE : GST of 24/- was written in the bill but not charged from us, as the resturant supposedly don't take GST from customers! So our bill totalled to 480/- minus icecream.

Ps - idk why so many people are giving negetive reviews, when my experience was nothing...

Bottom Staff was good, food taste was good,

The thing is in services sector each and every thing count from entrance to check out... But I observed the receptionist, Even he don't' know how to entertain guest. & How to behave in front of guest & how to talk or how to interact with someone when they visit your restaurant....

Uski ek negative chiz ne Sara mood se lekar sara food taste tak kharaab kar diya....!!

While travelling to Manali and back by Road, this is the only restaurant where almost all the cab drivers​ stop because they get free food. Obviously prices are too high but quality of food is very cheap and hence we may not bother​ about the quantity. Please avoid this place to enjoy your vacation. Plan for lunch at any other place and intimate the driver well in advance otherwise will be in trouble because there is no other hotels near this location. At least one hour drive is required to find another good restaurant towards...
