Balaram Mullick's first outlet in Kadamtala serves delicious and mouth watery sweets. The brand has a great name and delicacies. They serve both snacks and sweets. I've tried their baked roshogollas, chaanat jilipi, kalakand, malpua and all of them are my favorite. If your live abroad or outside of Kolkata you can always get a sealed pack of baked roshogollas which stays fresh upTo 15 days from the day of purchase or manufacturing. Check the manufacturing date with the helpful and kind staff.

I also tried their paneer chop but it tasted ok, not great. They're the best for sweets, but not snacks.

To order, first chose what you want to buy, get them packed, get a receipt and then queue in another counter to pay via phonepe, card or cash and then go back to the first counter to collect your order.

Very unfortunately I am bound to say that today I have experienced something different.. after hearing a lot about this shop from my seniors today I have gone to kadamtala outlet at 5 30pm around after making a ph call them to make it sure whether they are open or not hence it is a Sunday... Firstly the call had gone to bhawanipore branch and from there I have got the phone number of kadamtala branch..

With a bouncing heart I have gone there and bought a total amount of 471/ rupees' snacks and sweets. But the paneer butter fry that I consumed immediately just after returning home at 6.12pm I found it rotten.. I was surprised !

Can a so much reputated shop have this type of food !!!!!!!!

I had ordered many times from different branches of Balaram Mullick and Radharaman Mullick. But this Kadamtala branch is totally disappointing. Today I ordered 4 fruit cakes from this branch. After successful payment the order got delivered timely. In the box there was 3 cakes and 2 muffins. I didn't order the muffins. After calling the restaurant I got to know that cakes were out of stock so they just replaced it by muffins without my confirmation. This type of incident has occurred before also. Previously they just replaced my ordered baked singara with paneer patties without confirming. They never confirm by calling either I am willing to take the different products or the consumers are allergic to the ingredients. This kind of service is not expected from such reputed stores.
