WOW China — Restaurant in Howrah

Today we went to WOW CHINA (KADAMTALA - BRANCH) And we decided to visit there cause we already availed some discount coupons. We visited there but very bad behaviour that we had faced there, and we were being harassed there, by the staffs. They were taking all of the customer's order at very delayed procedure and it was looking like they were intensionally doing late to keep us engaged with their outlet. That felt us to be like we were being forcefully receiving such bad behaviour. The manager also there was looking what's actually going on but still he didn't protest or didn't even took any step to compensate. They were behaving like there is nothing their fault, and it was all our fault to visit the outlet ultimately.We are shocked by the manager's behaviour he didn't even apologised for the delay or any sorts of inconvenience that we all were going through. We even noticed that he was gossiping with the staffs and their body language was like they were intentionally wanting to keep us waiting for our order and behaving in such arrogance and making us face towards such harrasment. WOW CHINA, sounds to be good from far, such a renowned company is behaving like such cheap company and so as the staffs also. We didn't expect this from a such good sounds company who treats their customers so badly and with arrogance efficiency. This place is nice & comfortable to spend time with friend & family. Small joint with a welcoming sales personnel. Prices are average. As per their sales & personal if you order online you get less amount of food because of the discount offers on swiggy or zomato. But if you seat & eat you get more quantity. Their bowl system are not nice. All get mixed up in a single bowl. So you can not enjoy chowmin & manchurian taste separately. Their food quality about average. Looking at the negative reviews I was doubtful of trying out this restaurant, but on the day of Holi I thought to give it a try. It is an AC restaurant with limited seating, approx 12 seats inside and few outside the shop. I had opted for take away. Coming to the food, I had ordered Pan fried fish in Schezwan sauce (1 plate had 6 large pieces), Chicken noodles in hot garlic sauce with extra egg (size Large, and it was more than enough for me and my elder brother), Chicken in oyster sauce (size regular, had many small boneless pieces).
