When I called the store for an update, the person who answered was rude, careless, and shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concern, he kept insisting that I should either cancel the order or just keep waiting. His tone was dismissive, as if he was doing me a favour by even talking.
When I asked why the delay was happening, his response left me stunned â he said, âChatth Puja ke vajah se hamara delivery boy kho gaya hai.â I repeated it, thinking I heard wrong, but he confidently replied that the delivery boy has been lost! To make it worse, he added that the entire delivery team is Bihari and thatâs why this has happened.
This kind of language, attitude, and bias is absolutely disgraceful. For a brand as big as Dominoâs, having staff who speak like this to customers is a direct insult to the companyâs standards. Not only did I not get my food, I was made to listen to senseless excuses and discriminatory remarks.

Delivery guys donât want to deliver as I stay at 5th floor with no escalator facilities. They force me to take order coming on the road no matter what time or condition. I have a kid 1.5 year old we stay alone & I canât just leave him and pickup order. Many times took order in my night gowns as they donât wait also & upon requesting they say we will cancel the order. They call & cancel the order at 10 pm saying dough & materials run out of stock because I already complained them several times & at the same time my husband placed ordered & they delivered. They are ruining dominos name. Manager Avik is of no use. 30 minutes delivery guarantee never met & upon complaining no audacity to revert with proper solutions. I can write essay on their services but who cares. Wish somebody take strict action against them.
After 3week update- I was contacted by Dominos to send email regarding same 3 times & I did but Dominos itself canât do anything. No update received & im suffering the same issue...
