Today on 8th of March I have ordered 35 pcs of khasta kachori via Swiggy... The quality of the food was not good. Kachori me pura tail (oil) piya hua tha... No one is there to supervise the final product. When I called up the shop owner to make them aware of there product.. they are saying that the karigar has made. There was no shame in their face. Instead of apolozing they were shouting at me. I will Never ever order from kaligodam and request every one not to order anything from kaligodam... It's a humble request from my side . Distuisting service. Please understand one thing that there was a get togethering at our home yesterday and after serving your khasta kachori ... no one ate them and were asking us where we bought such cheap products. In front of 50 people I showed the bill and every one was astonished that KALIGODAM had supplied such a filthy product .
No i don't think that any body from our group will order again from "KALIGODAM"
Proper action to be taken so that in future such an incident never happens again..

Read moreCounter guy half bald and almost in his late 50s to early 60s (not the senior citizen owner) is stupid and rude. Does not respond well to customer inquiries. There a was pamphlet on the counter in which there were two items mentioned namely Dahi puchka and puchka which is not even sold there. Upon asking the price for the same unknowingly the guys responds "kaha likha hai puchka, pakoda hai yaha puchka wuchka nahi milta." I handed him the pamphlet laying on his counter and aasked him to read. Now his ego got a lil hurt and said " 4 branch hai bhai yaha nahi milta hai" toh I told him ki isko thik karwao, customer ko thodi pata hai ki yaha puchka wuchka milta hai ya nahi". He raised his voice upon hearing this and said "arey bhai boldiye yahan nahi milta hai baat khatam kya lena hai woh bolo?". I replied him calmly ki "aapko irritate hone ki zaroorat nahi hai, its just a suggestion" . He replied " I don't need your buddhi (suggestion)". This was it moment for me, I didn't wanted to continue the conversation and just asked him to generate the invoice for 2 papdi chaat and tth staff member who prepared my order told me "jaane dijiye moork hai woh ccustomer se baat karne ka tameez nahi hai upar se shaam ka waqt hai"
In short, counter guy is arrogant, ignorant and rude. Basic customer interaction etiquette bhi missing hai. Aise mei aapke 4 branches ho ya 10, customer ko kya hi fark padega. Kahin 4 se 3 branch na ho jae, should definitely work on that.
