Panch Bhog — Restaurant in Howrah

I have visited the place and even ordered food online once from them. The place is very dirty and not well maintained. There were flies inside the cases where they store sweets for sale. I had ordered rava dosa which had extra soda in it. The soda was too much which made it salty. This shows they don't care about health of the customers and well being of the food. Hygiene levels as per prices charged is very poor. In the online orders they send you onion-garlic food even if you specifically order for no onion no garlic food. There are much better options that this poor store. Try Kanha and Kaligodam for their lip smacking club kachori and sweets. As far as food items are concerned, checkout raasta cafe nearby which have delicious vegetarian...

We purchased 200 pieces of “sahi bara” from the Howrah Vivek Vihar outlet on 26th Aug 2018 for a family function. When we gave the order a week back the sample which these guys gave for tasting was good. But on the day of function the actual material was very hard and NOT GOOD.

If the owner of the shop if serious about customer satisfaction then he/she should look into this because this kind of service would hamper the business from this outlet.

For potential buyers this is a heads up to be careful.
