Food quality - Very good. Staff Behaviour - Worst. Sometimes they ask to share one table among multiple groups. If I am sitting on a table they will ask some other people to sit in the same table. One waiter is too much talkative, if I go alone he will ask "why you haven't come with your friend?" or "your that friend came yesterday with that friend" - seriously, I don't want to know. Every single time they will stand infront of your face after bill payments, waiting for tips, pay them 20-30 rupees still not happy with it. I saw one waiter took a small chicken piece and ate it from the bowl before serving to the customer, and thought no one has seen it. All limits were crossed when one day I sat with one my friend in a reserved table. Someone took our order. Then after sometime one guy said sorry this table is reserved and again asked to share a table with some random people. We refused and asked them why did you take our order? We are already sitting here for 10 minutes. Then for the next 15 minutes they kept on ignoring us like we are invisible and showed reluctance to serve or to look at us. Then I called them, they said "sorry we won't serve you". The tall-medium height gentleman looked guy closed the door on our face. This is what is knows called "audacity" when you do business...

They have renovated the place recently. The third floor is a banquet. The fourth floor is the family dining place. The fifth floor is the rooftop which serves hookah. The staff at the family dining place has serious problem with seating people. The last two times we visited they shifted us to other table after seating us at one table. The last visit, We were a group of 8 people and one child. They had us seated at table after joining them. After 10 mins they asked us to shift because a party of 15 were coming. Next, we had an extra chair for the child, they requested to have it for some other guest. We adjusted. Next, they asked us to move one chair, so their servers can move around. They kept on asking one thing after another, did not let us settle in. After we raised an objection about them disturbing us every 10mins, they finally left us alone. The food is decent enough. The butter naan was soft, the kebabs were tasty.

They could do better with the servers and...

Taken & confirmed the order over phone, with time of take away, but when gone to collect, they said order was not placed & they can't give ordered food.. They said phone was got disconnected & they have not booked the order, but they had confirmed the order with amount to pay, but they have ignored & said you can do whatever you want, it doesn't matter to them.. Unfortunately I have not recorded the call, henceforth I don't have any proof of the conversation.. Many a times I have taken food from here, but this had happened on 01-10-2023 evening.. I wouldn't have minded anything, if they have accepted their fault, that by mistake, we have not put your order, but instead of that, they argued & repeteadly forced me to accept that it's my fault, this is very bad experience with fiesta employees..
