Tada! , I'm back after a long lockdown period, let's start the review of Vivano Grill, Belepol, Howrah

Looks and feel : 4.5 out of 5. The place is looking awesome. Have a great dining place. And anyone can also celebrate special days here without any problem.

Safety & Service : 4 out of 5. First of all they are maintaining the safety portal very finely. Sanitization and the temperature measure is mandatory. The waiters are using mask, gloves as well.

Food : It is time for the food. We ordered Chicken Hariyali Tandoor for starter and the main courses were Tandoori Roti, Chicken Reshmi Makhanwala, Chicken Amritsari. Though the masala of Tandoor is not well coated but the chicken was too yum and softy and well baked. Next the roti was average. Chicken Makhanwala was well, but the chicken pieces were not worthy, but the Amritsari was mouthwatering, excellent taste and well prepared. Both the side dishes have enough amount of gravy

First time visited the restaurant in the lunch hour. They have updated the menu. Tried the following -

Chicken Sweet Corn Soup - Taste was excellent. Provided enough chicken chunks. Quality was enough for two.

Gravy Noodles - Taste was great. Enough for 1 person

Vegetable Polao - Taste was excellent. More than enough for 1 person, probably for 2 accompanied by side dishes.

Mixed Fried Rice - Taste was great. More than enough for 1 person

Chicken Tikka Masala - Provided 4 big pieces of chicken. Taste was excellent

Chicken Lababder - Provided 4 big pieces of chicken. Very soft chickens and excellent taste. Must try with Vegetable Polao.

Mutton Dopyaza - Provided 4 big pieces. Taste was average. Didn't liked this one. Suggestion would be to go for chicken over mutton.

Cons : They don't provide Biriyani during the lunch hour, only available during the dinner hour. Though this might be due to the Covid scenerio, not sure about that.

I visited the place two times. Unfortunately two times I had to face issue with their serving. If You ordere starters, before completing the starter they serve the main course. Both the times I have to face this. Yes, they do change the cold dishes (as they served it with starters) if you explain them the reason of changing, but they do it with their different body language (I hope you understand). One more thing, they must be more careful in cleaning the tables. They clean the tables, but put the small rice grains and small particles on floor and That is Shocking from a Restaurant like this. I hope The Authority will look into this. Food quality is Good and Not sure to get everything you wanted from the Menu card. If they don't have stock, they won't be able to serve you that...
