Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Howrah

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Wow! Momo outlet. While trying to place our order, the manager himself, who was also at the cashier counter, behaved incredibly rudely. We were simply taking a little time to understand the menu and combo options, but instead of being helpful, he started making sarcastic comments and taunting his staff — right in front of us.

Not only was it uncomfortable, it felt like we were being mocked just for trying to understand what we’re paying for. This is not how paying customers should be treated. Being a manager, professionalism and patience should come naturally, especially in the service industry.

Really hope Wow! Momo looks into how their staff — especially those in leadership — are treating guests. We love the food, but after this experience, it's hard to come back...

Ordered these recently from Wow momos when their step up deal was going on,that is, I got this combo of Darjeeling Momo ,Moburg and Miranda @149 (99+50 taxes )

I ordered 2 combos of the same deal ,that is, one had Fried Darjeeling Momo+Moburg+Mirinda and the other one had Steamed Darjeeling Momo+Moburg+ Mirinda.

So what happened was that I Recieved my order after Almost 50mins but that's okay as I was not in a hurry but I was really annoyed when they advertised a pespi and gave me mirindas instead, absolutely hate Mirinda. However , on a positive note, The Moburg and the darjeeling momos were both absolutely tummy filling and delicious so money well spent. Also, they only have red chilli paste no mayonnaise no...

I received less quantity of food , I asked the restaurant officials to improve their service but they denied their own faults, so heres what happened- i ordered 2plates of momos through swiggy and it should have 10 momos but instead I received 2 boxes , one containing only 3 monos and another containing only 2 momos , i can confirm that the delivery guy didn’t opened the packaging but when i called the restaurant the straight told me that delivery guy must have done something, im very disappointed with this wow momos outlet, please don’t order o food as home...
