Abhi Tiffins & Meals — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Abbi Tiffin in Kukatpally is well-known for its delicious food, especially the chutneys, which is why it's always crowded. I’ve ordered several times, even on Zomato at double the price.....despite the management blaming Zomato for the hike, the bill we receive still reflects the same high rates. But today’s experience was unacceptable. last time While dining in, I witnessed a customer being ignored by the billing counter staff after receiving poorly prepared dosas. The staff member didn’t respond or take action! instead, he simply brushed them off. When it comes to collecting payments, they act responsibly, but not when a customer needs assistance. In my case, today I ordered two plates of poori, one plate of chapati, and one plate of idli. They forgot the chapati and kept the other items packed for 20 minutes. When finally packed, they refused to give even one extra packet of dal despite my polite request. I felt embarrassed and disrespected. The staff at the counter showed zero accountability. just a head nod and no explanation.

This is not how customers should be treated. Good food alone doesn't make a good restaurant..respect and service matter too. I urge the management to take customer concerns seriously and treat people with the dignity they deserve. I also encourage fellow customers not to tolerate such behavior and raise complaints...

Food is not higene here.

Chutney is giving sour taste some times. Many times told them, but simply ignored. Seems they keep the today's chutney in the refrigerator and serve tomorrow..Not sure. This is my assumption..Because chutney is giving the sour taste. If it is fresh, why does it be like that ?

Staff is not neat.

The guys who serves or does the parcel are eating khainees or gutka or pan masala inside food premises. I had given complaint to the owner, but did not care. The guys are not clean.. Always with dirty clothes.. Sorry to say that, at least they should wear the head masks for not doing hair fall. Udipi tifins is better in this case

Cost too high.

Cost is high here..They increased the food cost after Covid..

Two Idly - 40 Rs Plain Dosa - 45 Rs Two vada - 60 Rs +

Overall my experiences are very bad and will never prefer here.

If I want to go, Udipi tifins is near by 100 meters which is better than this. I will...

Breakfast tastes good....Sambar is delicious...But if you order any tiffin and want chutney or sambar again in the middle....Since it is self-service, you have to go and get it. If you ask for an extra cup of chutney or sambar, they will give it to you when you come back...They say they will not give you another cup. When I went to the tiffin center and ordered idli at 8:45 pm, I was given idli that was not hot....Also, the chutney smells a little different. The vada was also not hot and it was not prepared properly.

We also ordered Gobi Manchuria, the taste was very, very good.
