Prompt service. Food was good, not authentic but they have good variety and options of cuisine to choose from. Not authentic because - I asked for Naple’s Margarita pizza, specifically asked, is it like the picture made with sourdough base, he said yes, but we got thin crust normal pizza which get everywhere with over baked rubbery cheese on it. Medium size was good for 3 of us.
Crispy paneer burger was also ok, I felt fries was less for the amount paid for it, and the bread bun was very sweet.
Indian curried noodles was good, it’s paneer butter masala base tossed wheat noodles, it would have been great if they could keep it little less sweet and little more spicy with more crunchy element and a dash of sesame seeds. Quantity good.
Best dish which we had here is Kothmeer Mushroom- they should be serving lemon wedges with it, else a dash of chaat masala.
Cheesecake was good, but again for the price it was small. The blueberry filling was very less. Though it is nowhere near NYC cheesecake but still the cream cheese was under baked, not stiff like original. The base of crackers was very thin and loose. For me the off point was peanut butter at base - didn’t expect it. But ok type. It was garnished with Two chocolates which was in-house made I guess, didn’t go with it, it was made from compound so it felt greasy too. Instead of chocolates they should have given blueberry comport/ sauce
Overall it was good. A good option in Nallagandla to try.
What put me off was - water bottle served on table. We had not used it. They billed for it and top of it added service charge on it. They’d not served it, just kept the bottle on the table. First they should check if it is used or not and if they ve not served it they can’t charge service charge on it. When I highlighted this, they told me it’s mandatory. I told them, service tax may be mandatory but not service charge. I asked them to generate fresh bill and refund the extra money paid for water bottle and its service charge coz by the time I noticed the bill my husband had paid it. But they didn’t refund. This kind of behaviour in any outlet makes me...
Read moreAppearances are deceptive or don't judge a book by its cover, these would fit here but not in a positive way. The way the dishes are plated & presented are great and worth for photo but that's all. The taste, health are simply bad. We ordered Falafel and was impressed in the first bite, it's definitely good but the hummus dip had maybe sunflower oil instead of olive oil. It simply spoiled the taste of real hummus. Went for bruschetta, the toast below again had an oily taste instead of butter. Wanted to try the Korean fried chicken, the dish to avoid here. It was soo much overloaded with salt, that my mouth got scaled with the excessive salt in the food. Could not finish this. Spoilt my mouth for many hours this one. The chicken also was very hard. Pizza had an overload of cheese, with chilli flakes on top melted. Good, we just had to remove & throw it. Who puts chilli flakes by default and bakes a pizza? Texas special even after mentioning non spicy, less salt, they only managed to make it less salty, it was not as bad as korean chicken. But, they had put in chilli flakes & spice everywhere. The smoked corn cob also had soo many chilli flakes. It's not how it's made. The good parts - tomato basil soup was good but too sweet (maybe they added extra sugar), the salads were fresh or refreshing to eat in between the salty spicy food. They had some nice paper table mat with activity for adults & kids. Staff was friendly and gave us color pencil. They had some writeups about restaurant run by doctors, healthy eating etc... Excessive salt & spicy is dangerous, doctors should know that easily, this is not followed. Overloaded cheese is opposite of healthy. For few hours I had an after taste that I used to get after having a Domino's earlier, felt bloated with toouch water intake to compensate the salty thirst. Would have appreciated if they really followed healthy eating for a...
