The experience felt underwhelming, especially given the premium pricing which creates an expectation of a fine-dining standard. Unfortunately, the service and overall setup fell short.
The food was disappointing—many dishes were overly salty, and the mutton biryani, in particular, did not meet expectations in terms of taste or quality.
There are also several basic concerns that need fooling customers who visit by old game of Shadab: • No provision of optional purified drinking water, even it’s mandatory by government of India. • Seating is cramped, and accommodating five people at a four-seater table feels forced and uncomfortable. • Lack of parking space adds to the inconvenience. • Essential elements like finger bowls, onions, and lemon (especially with biryani) were missing. • The washrooms were unhygienic, and the lift was extremely compact. • Overall infrastructure and amenities were inadequate for the price point.

Read moreFraud alert!!!! This restaurant visit was a rip-off. We went to Shadab Biryani in Hyderabad, expecting a good meal like last time. Instead, they tricked us into going to a new third-floor section with prices that were three times higher for the exact same food served cheaper downstairs. They didn't tell us about this price difference beforehand, which felt very dishonest, especially since we were from out of town. Even after paying way too much, the service was terrible. We had to ask multiple times just to get water glasses, and they even wanted extra money for a spoon of chutney. The staff seemed confused and didn't pay attention to customers. The food was just okay, nothing special. Basically, they made us pay much more for the same dish, without telling us, and then gave us bad service. It was a very disappointing and unfair experience. If you're thinking of going, be careful about their...
