Have been an everyday traveler to Alchemy for years. I recently visited Ella Hotel in Hyderabad, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the behavior of the F&B manager, Mr. Sushil Dogra. His conduct towards guests, particularly women, was disappointing and unprofessional. I believe that a positive environment is crucial for a pleasant stay, and Mr. Dogra's behavior was contrary to this expectation. His actions were annoying, disturbing, and did not align with the standards of hospitality.

I hope this feedback can be used constructively to address the issue and ensure that other guests do not encounter...

Dish Ordered: Vegetarian Sizzler

I had a really disappointing experience. I ordered the vegetarian sizzler, but the sauce was far too sweet for my taste. I specifically asked for a replacement without any sugar — but even then, it came back just as sweet. I then requested Schezwan sauce, expecting something spicy and flavorful, but was instead served a cold ginger sauce that didn't match the dish at all. Overall, the service was inattentive and the food completely missed the mark. Not coming back...
