Indus — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I had booked this restaurant for a gathering of family and friends and the experience was exceptionally good!

Venue: While the restaurant itself is top notch in terms of aesthetics, the lush green lawn right outside makes for great sense of space, thus making the experience a very pleasant one.

Food: Superb! The taste is awesome and what makes it all the more worthwhile is the presentation of the buffet, huge kudos to the kitchen and serving staff for doing an exceptionally great job.

Staff: The staff is very well trained and professional. Special mention to Mr Susheel, the manager of the place who's willingness to go above and beyond is impeccable. He and his team made arranging everything for my function seem way easier than it actually was. Such individuals set the tone for any establishment like this, Ella hotel must be proud to have such a dedicated man as their restaurant manager!

Overall, the service they provide and the ambience this place offers makes for a perfect combination for planning parties and gatherings, hugely...

Went for buffet lunch. Food: The variety of food is good. The food was neither too spicy nor to plain. It's was just ok. They prepare the food keeping the fact in the mind that they may have customer from anywhere and with right notes of spices everyone can enjoy the food whether he is from India or Abroad.

Sitting Area: I am being little tall I had the issue with sitting as the combination of chair and table (dining table) seems to be little problematic for tall guys. Chairs should be little more spacious.

Ambience: The ambience was just ok for lunch. I assume during evening time for dinner they must be opening the garden area, which looks amazing.

My overall experience...

Booked a room with complimentary breakfast and dinner. But dinner buffet was not available and was not informed to us before hand. During dinner, we had to wait nearly 15-20min to get the food after several times of informing about the complimentary dinner buffet. Felt embarassed in midst of others ordering normal food. If buffet was not available, customers should be informed earlier. If not they should serve with minimum of food menu beforehand. Hotel room ambience, location and hygiene apart, if food was not served with customer satisfaction, the total customer satisfaction won't be good enough. Ella service to customers should...
