Went there on a weekend in the evening...The place is big with lots of seating... We placed the order and sat on a table while we watched the Order screen for status of out order..wen the order was ready to pick up(almost 15mins) ,I went to the counter and nothing was ready ..After 5mins I asked the person about the order as the order screen was cleared of my order number.he was surprised that I was still waiting for my order.After waiting for again 5more mins I got the Order.While I was waiting one more person was standing beside me,who ordered a single burger for take out.The burger king assistant gave the burger in his hand ..without even placing it in any brown paper bag.Such was the horrendous service.Tje burgers were also just...

I think Burger King should learn how to make chocolava.. they should study in nursery to learn the meaning of lava .. lava should be hot it shouldn't be cold like pastry or cupcakes.. I have been observing this from a very long time that Burger King is cheating their customers.. in the name of chocolava they sell normal cupcake which cost around 20rs. Not only this outlet most of the burger King outlet is having this issue.. Also burger King never follow the instructions whatever you mention for both online and offline orders.. even after calling them and explaining they never follow..
