Athidhi — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Booked banquet hall. Staff is good and friendly.

1 However the chair covers were covered with dust. I had to check each and every chair. I spotted more than 20 chairs in worst condition and had to call the boys more that 5 times, each time they would change only the once I spotted.

2 The chef screwed up tamarind rice. I had to run around and get it fixed.

3 The white cloth on stage had like 100 stains, it felt like it was not washed for more than 10 functions.. what? Why should my program be delay because of their negligence. I did not have time to chase them to get it changed

If i should check everything and make sure all arrangements are done properly, what am i paying for?

The manager was very rude and said they did what they could.. which is not at all professional. What if i say, i did my best but could only pay half the amount?

I trusted them with my guest and learnt the lesson hard way. I will never trust...

I went to the restaurant for my birthday with family. It was around 10pm.

I will rate on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being lowest and 10 being highest)

Food - 3 (Andhra chicken curry, used too much of curd and it tasted like a Punjabi dish)

Ambience - 4 (too gloomy with lot of stains on the glass, the seats that we were asked to be seated and the floor was wet (the prior guest had spilled water) not cleaned.

Service - 1 (It was RUSHED) as they had to close by 10:45pm. I have never seen a restaurant rushing the guests so that they can close. The mutton dishes were not available. The guests who were coming at 10.40pm were asked to leave due to the closing. The stewards are not courteous and are rude.

Athidhi means important person and I believe that's meant for the guests but at this restaurant it is meant for Stewards and Waiters.

next to this hotel there is one petrol pump, i parked my car on petrol pump land. For which Athidhi hotel security came n asked me to take off car. I said its not ur parking area n its not making any mess for ur guest. For that he started using filthy language n when i raised my voice, i was being told that if i don't remove my car "His owner will come out n beat as he did for many"

So here i want to know are these ppl feeding guest by taking money or feeding Gundas to fight with ppl who didn't even parked in his area.

Later i called up manager n he was saying sorry for all mess happened.

Its a request to all... this is one big worst hotel in miyapur.. kindly don't visit..

When they can abuse ppl for not even parking car in their area. How will they treat u once...
