SVM Grand Miyapur — Hotel in Hyderabad

Date: 20th April 2024. We have booked this hotel for a Half Saree celebration and we have told them that we will be there until 5.30 PM while booking. Also we booked an additional room by paying extra money. Everything was agreed and there was no further discussion with the manager.

Staff was very arrogant and they started forcing us and our guests to vacate the function hall at 2 PM only. The staff started removing the decoration at 1.30 PM during the photo session. And otherside they started preparing the name sheets and flower decoration for the next party at the same time which was completely disturbed our function photoshoot and lunch.

We didn't even had our lunch in the function hall. Some of us served the food in a plate and took it to the room that we have booked with additional cost for 24 Hrs.

It was a very unpleasant and worst ever experience.

Noted:- Later came to know from one of the servers that the hotel seems made an agreement to provide the hall way before the time that was our lunch time in the afternoon. They allowed the evening party family inside the hall duringbour function, they checked the Mike & speakers etc while we are using them (at 11.50 AM to 12.10 PM) which was not acceptable. The service at SVM cheers bar was awful, food is okay but service was subpar. I along with friends recently visited SVM cheers bar with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of what I had hoped for. From the moment I walked in, I was met with indifference from the staff, no proper communication on wait times/table availability had to stand for about 30 min to get a table after repeated enquires though a decent tables were vacant. Not a pleasant experience after a long Fridays experience a lot of toil at work place and wanting to relax at bar.

The service staff seemed disinterested and made no effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the atmosphere was lacking, with minimal hygiene and lot of mosquitoes around and staff men ignoring with general sense of neglect.

To add insult to injury, the prices were exorbitant considering the subpar service and beverages. It's clear that SVM Cheers Bar prioritizes profit over providing a positive customer experience.

The worst food I ever had is from this restaurant. We had a takeaway today from this restaurant. As it was recently opened we expected that the food would be great. But I'm telling, THE FOOD HERE IS WORST OUT OF WORST!!!!! Never even think of having food from here! You would ruin your day after having such WORST and flavorless food. It was not even comparable to fried rice that you find at local fast food centers.
