Burger King — Restaurant in Hyderabad

There is nothing new or old about the recipes in these kind of restaurants , I mean including KFC and Mc D. They have the same standard recipe all over. Food is good 👍, no doubt. But the reason I gave a two star rating to this particular branch is, I stay in the next building to Burger king , more than 10 times in last 2 months, I walked in the restaurant to order food , get a answer saying no cola 😅 and I walked away to the next restaurant KFC. What do you expect people to drink after a heavy meal , juice or a milk shake rather than a fizzy drink. So people if you want to eat burgers and wings with a tea , coffee or a milk shake you can some here , if you want the same food with a cola go the next building, ...

Today, on 12th of Jan 2023, I ordered for burgers and other items worth 220 rs at 4:59 p.m from Burger King app for the first time and paid the amount using Paytm as there was no cash on delivery option being shown. This order was taken by Burger King store in GSM Mall and the delivery time was at 5:44 p.m.I didn't receive the order till 6 p.m and then I wanted to track my order but the app doesn't has any such help section. I tried calling to the owner's number and till now ,at 11:51 p.m it is switched off.
