Cream stone — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I don’t want to criticize the staff as the owners are responsible to hire skilled and professional staff who understands urdu english and telugu and who are educated enough to read/write and calculate having such unskilled employees would obviously create a lot of problems like I have faced on my visit to this branch on 22 march the employee couldn’t understand what we ordered and made his own assumptions and tried to serve us with what he understood he got us 12 icecreams while we ordered 8 our total amount was actually around 2200-2400 rupees and I received a receipt of rupees 3700 later i had to speak to the manager and cancel the extra icecreams and instead of getting a cash back I ordered more icecreams for take away and to my regret when I reached home and checked my parcel there were 4 icecreams missing and again I would say the blame is on the owners and not the employees..! My experience with cream stone on other branches was always too good this was my first experience on attapur and I regret...

I'm one of the crazy fan of caramel sutra icecream @cream stone I visit sometimes to himayat nagar branch and at times attapur

At attapur taste wise I'll have to compromise little comparative to himayat nagar branch Today, I confirm that this branch of attapur would be the responsible branch if cream stone losses out its customer ratio.

I've ordered caramel sutra as always and icecream taste was not to the mark, I've complained which was immediately replaced with new one.

New one was tasty however we both myself and my wife found dusty/rusty/muddy feeling at times in few spoons tasted. We discussed and confirmed it was muddy feel in icecream.

I've complained and manager as well remained hands tied to this situation and they didn't make any efforts further to change customer experience.

Indeed manager explained me that's how almonds taste and in my entire 35 years of age i felt i was eating Almonds for the first time and until then I was eating something else in the name of...

Worst cream stone store ever visited till date. The hygiene standards were shockingly poor — the tables were sticky and no staff seemed concerned about maintaining basic cleanliness. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of customer service. Despite being waiting for over 30 minutes, not a single staff member approached to take our order.

In an attempt to place order, we walked up to the cash counter to place the order directly. Even there, the staff remained indifferent and unresponsive, offering no acknowledgment or assistance. It felt like customers were being completely ignored. For a brand that claims to focus on premium desserts and a quality experience, this was a major letdown.

Such a level of neglect and poor service is simply unacceptable. Cream Stone should seriously re-evaluate the management and training standards at this location. I would strongly advise others to avoid this outlet if they’re expecting even the most basic level of service...
