Pista House Arabian Mandi — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Dear Pista House Manager Attapur Branch,

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your outlet. Unfortunately, the quality of food and service has taken a hit. Here are a few specific issues:

Food not served hot: We ordered 4-piece mandi, which was not served steaming hot. Poor service: The staff seemed overwhelmed, and when we asked questions, the response was often a simple "no" without any further explanation or assistance. Inconsiderate practices: We were expected to leave before washing our hands, seemingly so that the table could be accommodated by other customers. This lack of consideration for basic hygiene and customer comfort was surprising. Self-service: We were left to serve ourselves, which didn't feel like good service. They don't even give you a tissue 😅

Given the increasing customer base, it's concerning that the standards are not being maintained. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve the quality of food, customer service, and overall...

Firstly all the pista houses staff re outer people from hyd itni mautabari hai na ya kaam karna wala ko jaise ki hyd inka baap ka hai the staff was in there own mood because i guess we where there at 4pm that why or I don’t know but order taking boy such a rude person i ask for breast pieces there where saying we dont use it i say every mandi shop in town have but u don’t he reply in rudely manner and when we order that the leg pieces were small and the rice was not well cooked and there was a mock tail there not many flavours but the mock tail was bad there make like juices and some coriander not masala in it and then we say to that orderman that put some masala in mocktail again he reply in rude manner that we don’t used its were like that only yeh bihari mak$lo&## ka samajeh leta ki apna aap no ek din pura ka bato staff of pista house is bad we re paying money...

Service was good , food quality was poor or we can say worse , mutton shoulder mandi was ordered, it looked like a lamb piece with khichdi rice, test not even match to the authentic Mandi dish test, waste of money ,

Hindi mai kahawat hai , naam bade darshan chote ,

Family sittings were not proper, table hygiene was not proper at all sticky serving tables,

In a restaurant sitting it looks like I'm watching a road side dhaba, no proper ventilation for air , spooky air smell,

Even a road side dhaba can manage the hygiene of its tables where food gets servers,

Not happy with the food and the environment

Waiters and service staff behaviour was good and that is why I'm giving one star , otherwise this pista house is not even...
