KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

The staff at Attaput KFC outlet are quiet rude, they don't have proper manners and they don't know how to deal with customers. Precisely speaking you go there and ask for ultimate saving bucket it's not available any time since past 4 months, still they do the display of it. Second thing the staff are so careless they charge you for the fries but they are not bothered to pack and place in the bag while doing take away. We as a customer end up paying for medium fries but when we open the pack at home we are shocked to see no fries being packed. The policy that KFC adapts with regards to hand bags is similar to what most of the super markets practices today, your bill amount will be Rs 1500 and above but still they demand Rs. 6 for the paper bag. I don't understand why they charge for the eco friendly bags as well. The policy of not giving hand bags was introduced when the bags were mostly of plastic material. It was done to discourage customers from spoiling the environment. But when the eco friendly paper bags are introduces in the world why to discourage. You are firstly charging heavily for the spoons full of chicken than you are not willing to put the packed take away order in to the carry bags. How would you expect someone to carry the stuff without proper bag. Your practices are very unethical as compared to many food business where they will give proper carry bags for the take away without any charges Hence I recommend if you have more money and you want to throw it in to dustbin please visit this particular Attaput outlet of KFC. Visited this place on 14th September 2024, At first the AC wasn't switched on, when I placed the order I asked them to turn it on. As soon as I placed the order and paid the money the place lost electricity, they asked me to wait for 10 minutes since they said they are fixing the issue, I wanted to cancel the order , they refused to do it and wanted me to either eat in the darkness or do a take away. I stood there and disputed with the Manager Mr. Nitin Yadav, who was being rude to me and refused to issue me a refund. After making me wait for 52 minutes, they gave up and issued me a refund, since my ordered wasn't prepared and the electricity wasn't back. Worst experience and would never go back to this place. Very rude staff, lack professionalism. Could've issued me a refund within 10 minutes when I asked it first. Argued with me for 52 minutes, wasted my time. Nitin Yadav store manager was acting as if he was helpless and had no control over anything. No generator back up or anything, why are you even running a corporate...
