Worst Experience - No Bill Provided and Stale Pizza

I had a very disappointing experience at your Domino's store. I usually prefer ordering online, but since the store was showing offline on the app since morning, I had no choice but to visit the store and order manually. After this experience, I feel online ordering is far better than visiting the store.

Here’s what happened:

1.No Proper Bill Provided: I ordered Volcano Peppy Paneer Regular and Volcano Veggie Paradise, each priced at ₹299, totaling ₹638 (including ₹10 for a carry bag). However, when I asked for a bill after payment, the staff refused, saying "billing is not available right now." Instead, they gave me a photocopy of their screen where the order was displayed, which is not a valid bill.

2.Unprofessional Payment Method: The staff did not show the store's official QR code or payment mode. Instead, they used a personal scanner for the payment, which seemed very unprofessional and questionable.

3.Stale and Tasteless Pizza: Both pizzas were stale, and the cheese had spilled over. The taste was terrible compared to my previous orders. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, as I’ve ordered many times before, but this time the quality was unacceptable.

4.Poor Hygiene and Management: The store lacked proper hygiene and cleanliness. The atmosphere was very unpleasant, and the overall management was extremely poor. It was disappointing to see such low standards being maintained in a Domino's outlet.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s outlet. The pizza crust was extremely hard and nearly impossible to eat. On top of that, the cheese and toppings were barely present — completely missing in some slices. This is unacceptable for a brand like Domino’s.

What made the situation worse was the service. The staff seem to be completely untrained and lack even the basic understanding of customer service and food hospitality. They were rude, unhelpful, and showed zero professionalism. It felt like they had no idea how to prepare a proper pizza, let alone interact with customers.

The store manager, Kamakshi, was shockingly arrogant. She behaved as though she invented pizzas and argued with us when we asked for a replacement. Instead of accepting responsibility, she acted like the pizzas were coming out of her own pocket. This attitude is absolutely unacceptable — customers should not have to bear the cost of your mistakes.

Overall, this outlet needs a complete overhaul in both staff and management. I will not be visiting again, and I strongly recommend Pizza Hut instead — at least they serve real pan pizzas with better quality and...

I recently visited Domino’s Pizza and had a satisfying experience overall. I tried the Chicken Paratha Pizza and Filled Chicken, which were both flavorful and well-cooked 🍗🍕. My friends enjoyed a variety of vegetarian items including the Veg Tacos, Veg Paneer Pizza, and Veg Paratha Pizza – all of which were fresh and tasty 🧀🌮🌱.

The tacos were tender with a pleasant texture and taste. We also had Coke with our meal, which was soft and refreshing 🥤. However, the price of the beverages seemed a bit high compared to outside rates 💸.

One good point to mention is that Domino’s provides clean hand wash facilities and separate restrooms for men and women, which adds to the comfort and convenience of dining there 🚻🧼.
