We did our baby’s 2nd birthday at amaravathi banquets second floor hall on JAN 26. Starters are really good. Everything is good except for the event organiser KRUPAKAR REDDY. I have lot of things to complain about him. I. HE HANDED OFF THE STAGE TO US AT 12pm. He promised to complete by 8AM. We planned for baby shoot from 10am to 12pm which we couldn’t do just because of him and my baby was sleepy after that and we couldn’t take proper pictures of birthday girl. Also made all guests to wait. HE KEEPS ON FORGETTING THINGS. like which birthday it is, he even printed the banner with the 1st birthday instead of 2nd. He forgets what decoration we selected and what changes we mentioned all that. We opted for TATTO, magician and chocolate fountain and he took advance also. On the event day tattoo person did not come and when asked he was asking reverse question, did you tell tattoo also? As a event manager he should list everything client says. He totally disappointed on that day. At the end he did not even just say sorry. He happily took all the payment. He charged 40k just for decoration where he did not put all the properties which we discussed prior, for events its another 10k.
Mr. Krupakar, please value your clients. Note down what they say. Don’t just blabber this can be dine that can be done and don’t disappoint on the event day. Please finish decoration on time.
EXCEPT FOR KRUPAKAR REDDY, REST ALL WAS GOOD. Giving 2 star only...
Read moreAs a recent guest at Amaravati Banquets, I had the opportunity to experience both the highs and lows of this establishment.
First impressions were positive as I stepped into the beautifully adorned banquet hall, which exuded an air of sophistication. The ambiance was inviting, setting the stage for what I hoped would be an enjoyable evening.
The service provided by the staff was attentive and courteous, ensuring that my needs were promptly attended to throughout the event. From seating arrangements to prompt assistance, Amaravati Banquets certainly excelled in this aspect.
However, it was the dining experience that left much to be desired. While the presentation of the dishes was visually appealing, the taste failed to live up to expectations. The food lacked the freshness and depth of flavor that one would expect from a banquet of this caliber. It was evident that the culinary execution fell short, resulting in a mediocre dining experience.
In summary, while Amaravati Banquets impresses with its elegant ambiance and attentive service, there is room for improvement in the quality of the culinary offerings. For a truly memorable experience, attention to detail in all aspects of hospitality, including food preparation,...
Read moreThis review is for the Family Restaurant section. They've spent their entire budget on the infrastructure and not a rupee in their kitchen. We've ordered 4 course meals. The soups and Chicken Tikka were good. But we've already noticed the service was relatively slow. Then came the absolute downfall in their standards. They took about 25 mins to get the second starter - Chilli Chicken. It was absolutely cold. I'm not even sure if they heated out. Felt like they've served stone leftover chicken. Then after another 20+ minutes came the main course - Kadai Paneer and Kadai Chicken. Both were horrible in taste and we could smell the stale oil right away. We requested them to prepare it freshly. They took another 15 minutes and brought back a new one with the same poor taste. The stale food combined with painstakingly slow service ruined the day for us. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. And the prices aren't low either, so it's a lot of money going down the drain. Please avoid this place...
