I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with my today's visit to Domino's Pizza. I had high expectations as always, but they were completely shattered. And to my utter dismay, one of my ordered Pizza was almost burnt! The crust was charred, and the entire pizza tasted bitter and unappetizing. It was not the first time though. The dining area was even worse—all the tables were littered with leftovers, empty boxes, and unclean plates. The staff seemed indifferent to the mess around them, creating an unhygienic and unpleasant atmosphere. To make matters worse, the AC wasn’t functioning or turned off, and they didn't care, making the whole place unbearably hot and uncomfortable. It was genuinely embarrassing to give a treat to my friends there; I felt so ashamed that I chose this place. Adding to the disappointment, they didn’t even provide a glass when I asked for one after bringing my own water. The entire experience left me feeling disheartened and upset. I can’t believe this is the level of service and quality from a brand like Domino’s. They don't even provided FEEDBACK Register on asking, instead said to provide FEEDBACK online. Read moreI recently placed an order for three pizzas from Domino’s, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with any food delivery service.
Unprofessional Delivery: The delivery was handled by an individual who was not in a Domino’s uniform and was accompanied by a friend. Before handing over the order, he insisted I make the payment and then asked to use my phone to open the Domino’s app, leave a review, and take photos. He also mentioned that if I faced any issues, I could contact him directly and he would “sort it out.” Poor Food Quality and Inadequate Response: Upon opening the boxes, I found that 2 out of the 3 pizzas were inedible. I immediately contacted the delivery person, who then shared the contact details of his manager, Mr. Venkatesh. I called the manager and sent him photos of the pizzas. His response was dismissive—he asked me not to raise a complaint, citing that they were too busy with other orders. He vaguely mentioned that they would “try” to process a refund, but offered no concrete resolution.

Read moreWriting a review in order to wake up the management to SAVE THE OUTLET. Looks like the AC issue is still not fixed( Visited 2 months back yet the situation is the same). The store management is also not up to the mark. And coming to Dine-in as a customer I had cleared my own table in order to have food. Take away maybe a better option, we don't know how tidy they keep their kitchen. Kindly check if customers are not waiting much even after food is ready to be served. Never thought this outlet would see such the worst days.. Do not change the staff Kindly sit with them and sort all the issues faced by them in this outlet.. Overall I wouldn't recommend this outlet to anyone for visiting until all the hygiene issues are taken care.
