Pizza Hut | Malkajgiri, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

My recent visit to the Malkajgiri Pizza Hut was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment I walked in, the experience was disappointing. Despite there being no customers in the queue, we were made to wait a ridiculous 15 minutes before being attended to. The delay was completely unnecessary and set the tone for what would turn out to be a terrible dining experience.

To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working. The place was hot and stuffy, and everyone inside was visibly sweating. It felt more like a sauna than a restaurant, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the meal.

The customer service was abysmal. The staff was cold, unwelcoming, and their behavior bordered on rude. They acted as though they were doing us a favor by serving us, which left a bad taste before we even got our food.

Speaking of the food, it was a complete letdown. The meat on the pizza was dry and utterly tasteless, lacking any seasoning or flavor. Even worse were the sticky glasses in which our soft drinks were served—hygiene was clearly not a priority here. The pizza pan itself was dirty, with visible residue from previous bakes, and the plates provided were far from clean. Sticky tables and chairs added to the overall unkempt atmosphere, making us question the restaurant’s cleanliness standards.

In short, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. With poor service, terrible food quality, and a filthy dining environment, I cannot recommend Malkajgiri Pizza Hut to anyone. It’s clear that the management needs to seriously reevaluate how they...

Especially this outlet of PuzzaHut is performing really low.

Staff here either don't know the online and offline process of ordering or they're not trained enough. And they keep changing staff.

Someday they say waiting time is 1 hour and someday they say offline ordering is not working. And other day only women staff don't understand the online order type.

Since it's near to my residing place, I visit there frequently, one day I visited there with my friend and from my past experiences, I ordered online in dine In Mode. The only two women staff was not able to understand it. Even the bill was generated with automatic machine there, they were not able to understand how to serve this order. They kept saying that there is no delivery boy and they're sending order by booking rapido. However, after 10 mins I made her understand that she has to prepare the order and serve.

Domino's outlet is just a few meters ahead of this outlet and they've better staff and service too. But somehow, I prefer PizzaHut.

So this is my personal request to improve staffing and make this outlet shine as...

I ordered vide order no. 13079133 from malkajigiri outlet which is hardly one km from our place. We have not recvd the order after 2 hours also, when I called up their customer service no. They said that outlet people will call us directly. We have waited for their call after half an hour we recvd call from them saying that no person is available to deliver and if we want pizza we need to come to their store and take it.. It's so pathetic to hear such type of answers from them. As we were not able to cancell the order from their site we called thier customer service requesing them to cancell the order as it wAs almost 4 hours we have ordered. But to our surprise those people intimated us stating that it can't be cancelled immediately and it takes 24 hours to get the message of cancellation. It was a shock to us when we recvd the msg that the order was delivered.worst ever service. I will never order from...
