Paradise Biryani | Malkajgiri — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Really very bad service ........no one atleast bothered to take the order..........after various followups at last one person took order.....which took 40 min to bring to the table...............and no proper table service even not even water was served in the table........and we ourself have served food from the pot.......and even no one was attending us even at the time of bill payment we have to go to them and ask boss pls take the bill.............

With the feel that paradise is the best restaurant we did planned for a family dinner at this place which resulted in the very bad experience .....

Inspite of paying a higher amount this was the situation...when last before week we went fr another medium rated restaurant ............ When bill was almost half of the bill in paradise for almost the same order but the service there was much more better ..............

If this is the same situation and management won't take any corrective measures I am sure the fame of paradise will be soon bro down...........

Note: when we were giving the order the the person who was taking the order was saying not available for what ever we were asking...... So finally they said only nizam biryani is available.....hence we have to go with that option......but not with our choice

Visited on 04 June 2025 at around 9:45 PM with my family. The experience, unfortunately, was far from pleasant. The restaurant appeared to be running a strict one-man show—our steward doubled up as the cleaner, waiter, and billing staff, possibly in the spirit of aggressive cost-cutting. He informed us that our food would be ready in 10 minutes; it finally arrived after 45. When I asked for regular drinking water, I was told only bottled mineral water was available—at a cost. Only after I expressed my displeasure did he fetch three glasses of water from somewhere inside. In between, the power went out and took 10 minutes to return. The final straw was discovering that the wash basin had no running water when I went to wash up post meal—something the lone steward himself came and confirmed. Ironically, the only thing that arrived on time was the bill—credit where it’s due to the one-man army. Strongly urge the franchisee to consider hiring at least one or two more staff to meet basic service...

March 5th 2024 review: I visited Paradise once again after one year and the disappointment continues. Nothing has changed after my review in the below paragraph I posted last year. The biriyani is still the same, no breads (rotis etc) available on and double ka meetha was pathetic.Very very limited veg options and many non veg options. The Paneer used in the biriyani is not paneer, I guess it's tofu which was rubbery. I gave it a second try, but now I am either going to visit again nor will recommend it to anyone. If the customer reviews are not being considered or taken seriously, then I don't know what else to say.
