The depths of Hyderabad have ALOT to offer. Few days ago, I came across this Hidden Gem located at IAS colony Nizampet, Tolichowki. I wasn’t looking up to visiting this cafe considering the fact that it looks small from outside. Very little did I know, it is home for some of the best Lebanese and Arabian quick bites I ever had. Before I could talk about the best part and the USP of this cafe, which is food, I’d like to mention the areas of improvements I’ve personally noticed. The parking here is limited to bikes only and as it is located in a small lane, you might have a tough time finding space for your 4-wheeler. Seating is very limited and the tables are placed close not allowing any privacy. Although they do offer seating across 2 floors, you might find yourself waiting to be seated during peak hours. Now, I do understand that they have recently opened up and in future they will make improvements in every aspect. You may ask, Why did I give it a 5 star when there were areas of improvements.? Well, I must say the food here deserves 5/5 stars. We started off with the Chicken and Mutton Fajita (pronounced - Fahita) which were chicken and Mutton Wraps with tahini/hummus sauce and pickles tasting great altogether. Moving on to the burger rolls, we had the Zinger roll, which was fried chicken with mayo and lettuce beautifully packed in a bun. The bun they served with their burgers and rolls, was soft and One could chew it with bare gums. Moving on to the platters. The falafel platter, and the Sahaan Platter, both served along with mayonnaise, pickles and Pita Bread. The Falafel was the best I ever had in the city. Then the kebabs were served, they have a kebab grill right outside the cafe. The Sheesh Kebab (Mutton Kebabs) and the Sheesh Tawook (Taouk - Chicken Kebabs) were grilled to perfection and the meat was marinated well. Served along with Hummus, I must say I’ve never had a better hummus in Hyderabad. Next was the Chicken and Beef burgers, the quality of the bun, meat and veggies was something that attracted me. They have not compromised on anything in terms of food. The burger was off the charts good. Also, with all these beautiful delicacies, we were also served fresh fruit juices. The Avocado Smoothie and ‘The Steps’ was something I’d go back here for. Lastly, for desserts they offer kind of a fruit salad named ‘The King’ which had a mix of fruits with a base of custard topped with Ice-Cream with a garnish of dry-fruits and a drizzle of fruit pulp or syrup. I had a word with the owner and he said, as it is new, they haven’t started serving via food delivery apps yet, although they plan to do so very soon. In conclusion, an Amazing and pocket friendly restaurant, with good staff, amazing owners, and delicious food. My experience has been great and I will surely visit...

Despite its initial appearance, it left a lasting impression that was far from pleasant. The moment we walked in, we were struck by the uninviting atmosphere, which was only exacerbated by the hostile behavior of the owner.
Unfortunately, the owner's demeanor was a reflection of his treatment of his employees/workers. It was clear that he takes advantage of his workers, exploiting them for their labor and displaying a complete disregard for their well-being. The kitchen, in particular, was a sight to behold - or rather, not behold. The lack of cleanliness and organization was staggering, making it impossible to imagine anyone consuming food prepared in such an environment. The tables & the floor are all oily & sticky.
Sayings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam regarding the workers/employees:
Those working under you are your brothers and Allah has put them under your command. So whoever has a brother under his command should feed him of what he eats and dress him of what he wears. Do not ask them (workers) to do things beyond their capacity (power) and if you do so, then help them.' "
Sahih Al Bukhari 30 Hadith 23
The restaurant's hours of operation, which extend late into the night, only served to highlight the owner's questionable priorities. It seemed that he prioritised profits over people and the quality of his food.
Qur'an Surah Ghafir verse 40:61
"It is Allah who made for you the night that you may rest therein and the day giving sight. Indeed, Allah is full of bounty to the people, but most of the people are not grateful."
But what truly left a sour taste in the mouth was the owner's arrogant behavior. His rude demeanor and abrasive tone made for an uncomfortable dining experience. I couldn't help but notice the inconsistency between his appearance and his actions. His beard and black mark on his forehead led me to believe that he was a man of faith, but his words and actions were anything but virtuous.
Our conclusion, my experience at Felfelah was disappointing, to say the least. The owner's abusive behavior towards his employees and customers alike, combined with the unclean kitchen and questionable business practices, make this restaurant a place to avoid. While it may have initially appeared to be a welcoming establishment, the truth is far from it.

Read moreThe mix platter priced at ₹1499/-@felfelahrestucafe So here I am guys with yet another undiscovered place for you to visit and try their promising YEMANI kebabs. So yesterday we planned to visit this spectacular place to see if they really had what they say, as I hear from some people that they had the best kebabs and juices and this made me curious and led me to this place to be sure. was Worth travelling this far for this beast 💪 mix kebab platter topped with irresistible Yemani sauces topped on it which were so so so droolicious along with an bread which we ordered with hummus and tahini and a bit of veggies. The platter included rumali roti topped with 2 beef sheekh kebabs(personal Fav), 1 row of fish kebab, 2 rows of chicken kebab and 1 row of beef boti kebab (personal Fav) total of 32pcs of kebabs in total said by Mr.bilal who was one of the attendees who was attending us. as we jumped on the kebabs we didn't had time to count the pcs and was enjoying those tenderly kebabs dipped splashed in the awesome sauces on top of it they were very flavor full and authentic in taste as they were prepared by the Yemani chef authentically. We also ordered some extra bread to company our kebabs. The seating area on the 1st floor was an Arabic seating area which we preferred most as we wanted to feel like we were in a gulf. Apart from the kebabs they also had other scrumptious dishes like shawarma, burgers, sweets etc. Mr.shajee the owner of the palace came and took our feedback for the service and we came to know that this place was just 3 months old and the owner had really great ideas regarding the interior and upgrading the place but as you guys know we are all in this pandemic crisis together still the market hasn't been stable and will take some more days to get back to normal. The best part I liked about the place apart from the kebabs and other stuff was that they really had a good parking place opp to the restaurant and also They are open till fajr (till 5am). ⚠️ This review is based on my personal experience. (⭐SERVICE- 30min MOSTLY) (⭐ OVERALL RATING 8/10) (⭐AROMA 10/10) (⭐ SURROUNDING-...
