Their Gulab Jamun was impeccably soft, soaking in just the right amount of syrup, a true indulgence for any dessert lover.

I recently had a disappointing experience at your store that I feel compelled to share.

I ordered about 8 kg of items worth more than 10 K and requested home delivery, as I was traveling the same day. I was surprised when I was initially told that home delivery was not an option, despite the fact that my address was less than 2 kilometers away from the store. This refusal to accommodate a delivery request is not what I expect from a store I frequent.

When I decided to go to the store to pick up my order instead, I encountered further issues. There was a some delay in preparing my order for pickup. Instead of receiving an apology for the inconvenience, the manager placed the blame on me for not placing my order a day in advance. This lack of accountability and customer focus is disheartening. This attitude also undermine customer's time which cannot be compensated.

Because of this experience, I have made the decision that I will not be returning to your store. I value good customer service and appreciate being treated with respect, and unfortunately, I did not receive that in...

This place is very hygiene, in this sweets shop there is also a fresh juice center and about sweets it's okay... It tastes good... Everything is okay in this shop but something is missing... The something I am talking about is taste... They should improve there quality and taste further for their profit... I mean to say the sweets of pista house, pista house sweets are the worlds best quality & tasty sweets I have ever taste in my life.... If your a Minerva sweets member and if you want grow up & make more profit... Then the first thing you should do is to improve your taste..... In Minerva sweets everything is perfect but if they also provide more better taste like pista house sweets... They will get benefit and the customers will be satisfied (with the money they invest in it to buy sweets) and they think we used money in right thing which benefited us.
