Hangout — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Place seems to be good for having a timely chat with friends or family. It's pleasant and calm. Though it's an open type restaurant it is calm due to its presence , far from heavy traffic roads. The reason me giving it an average rating is due to the taste of the dish of my order and the way the feedback was been accepted. I have ordered two dishes one is a non veg biryani and the other being a veg biryani. The non veg biryani I have ordered is good but the vegetarian variety really bad in taste and waste for the price I have spent on it. And when my friends approached the person at bill counter for intimation of the same. He didn't respond after listening to the complaint neither did he verified about it. Felt bad seeing such good place lacking good service...

Worst experience I visited this place on Feb 7th ,2021. Food is good. Ambience is good. But these two doesn't matter to customer if the staff service is not good. There was a private party going in with a group of 10 people. Staff was busy with attending this group neglecting other table customers. I went with my family. Our food arrived and since my kid likes to have paratha with Curd or raitha, I asked one of the staff to bring the same. 15 mins passed away, staff dint get it. I reminded again, the guy said he will bring it. And later they Completely forgot, we were done with the food. So my experience with this place sucks!! Few months back, visited this amazing place - Hangout Havana, and I loved the vibe of the place. Though it was little far from where I live but it's worth visiting there. Ordered 'Sesame chicken' their signature dish and tandoori which was mouth licking. Chinese meals of this place is also good. Lastly had a cup of coffee and I must say the flavour was something different and after so long I tasted such kind of coffee blend, a must try! The place is quite big and exciting part ,they rent it out for occasions like Sangeet party, cocktail party. Overall its a great place to visit with your friends.
