HYGIENE CONCERNS – A Serious Issue Despite Good Taste & Brand Reputation
This restaurant has built a strong reputation for its taste, quality, and brand value, but unfortunately, when it comes to hygiene practices, it falls shockingly short. Major Hygiene Issues Observed:
❌ No Gloves While Handling Food – Despite being a well-known brand, the staff does not use gloves, which is a basic hygiene requirement in any food establishment. ❌ Unhygienic Staff Practices – I personally witnessed a staff member scratching his beard and immediately using the same hand to pick up an idli and serve it to a customer—without washing his hands. This is unacceptable and a serious health risk. ❌ Kitchen Staff Not Following Hygiene Protocols – The person responsible for making dosas was handling various kitchen items without gloves or washing hands, and then proceeded to make dosas directly. Cross-contamination risks are alarmingly high. Repeated Complaints, No Action Taken
I raised my concerns directly with the owner on two separate occasions (Oct 9th and Oct 11th). However, despite repeated complaints, no corrective action was taken. My latest visit on Oct 17th, 2024, confirmed that the hygiene issues persist—indicating that profit and volume of sales take priority over customer safety and cleanliness. Final Verdict:
While the taste and brand recognition may draw customers in, hygiene should never be compromised. The lack of basic cleanliness, failure to enforce gloves, and poor staff hygiene practices make this a serious concern. Until they rectify these hygiene issues, I cannot recommend this place, especially for those who prioritize...

I have ordered poori but they don't have poori curry instead they started serving masala dosa curry by mixing water in front of me. Now you only decide the range of this place. There are so many small scale hotels nearby which are serving more delicious food then Bheema's. Bheema's got name and fame , so now they are not worried about quality it seems and prices are also high when compared to nearby hotels. These days hygene also not there. If you see master's who are making theses food items then you will not be preferring this place from next time onwards. Bheema's is also shutting down many of its curry point's. I think they earned enough. I was eating Bheema's food items for almost three years but now recently i observed lots of difference between 2015 Bheema's and 2019 Bheema's. It looks like it's...
